I called these folks about a holiday party between Christmas New Years in October 2023. I spoke with the owner who explained that they usually went away for the week after Christmas but that they worked with a couple of chefs that might be available for our date and that she would get back to me. Never did get back to me at all. I live in Orange and was looking to support a local business but I cannot recommend this one.

Cathy , Connor & the chef AL Orange just catered our wedding . on a scale (1--10 ) , they would get a 12+. a great experience . the communication between Cathy and us was wonderful. the food tasting , at our house was ideal. the day of our wedding , the crew arrived early and set up the food table and the bar. the service crew was outstanding . Cathy could not have been more attentive. the food was very good. chef a l orange was professional - taking care of our guests as well as us. it was a wonderful wedding and we were happy we had Cathy & Connor as our caterers. aug / 2022 . thank you. This company was top shelf! The food was amazing and everything was cooked perfectly, I had compliments from everyone in attendance. The staff was very professional and pleasant to have at our event, they are all well trained and we were very impressed by their experience working with Yale University events. They arrived to the event early and had everything we could have possibly needed from extra serving utensils and napkins to extra sauces and food if we were to run out! They even went above and beyond to help with bar-tending and their bartenders were knowledgeable and quick on their feet. I couldn't have asked for a better catering experience and I wouldn't go anywhere else for our catering needs.

A little sloppy overall. Arrived 15 minutes late, which was super embarrassing for us. Food was missing, but the food that did make it was good. Uniforms being out of sync was a little weird. Definitely not the worst, but I wouldn't use them again.
