They added a Trampolin knowingly the kids are going to want to go on. So now that forces u to pay $12.00it but then you got to pay $12 for each and you can't use the ones from trampoline park or jump zone. You have to buy this get a $12

My 4 year old and I come about 3 times a month if not more mostly for the trampoline lol. I had left my wallet the last time we were there a couple weeks ago but didnt even think it was at Chuck E Cheese, then i get an email from the manager on my Work Email that they believe they had my wallet! She used my license to track me down on social media. So So Kind to go above and beyond like that. I picked it up, all was in the wallet and my son played, win win. I want to thank the Chuck E Cheese Manager and staff and the person that dropped off the white steve madden wallet, i was SO upset i lost my mom's funeral prayer card and license. I highly recommend this Chuck E Cheese for the food, staff, cleanliness and professionalism. THANKS AGAIN!!

I grew up going to the Waterbury location in the 90s and I was so excited to bring my kids for the first time yesterday. The staff at this location was so nice and polite. They went above and beyond to help my family have a great time. This location was also pretty clean and the games were a lot of fun. The prices were reasonable too, which was a nice change from a lot of other "family entertainment centers" **cough Great Wolf Lodge cough**. It was nice to see a company that understands that you can make money without having to rob a family. We will definitely be back and soon!
