Worst experience at this location!! The staff ignores customers, rude and very impatient when ordering. I've never been to a place that is empty during the day and the staff has a disgusting attitude. I simply ordered a milkshake and the female staff member made a mistake. Instead of apologizing, she decided to be unprofessional. I decided to leave and keep my money.

People that work there are great at ignoring customers. Standing there waiting to order while they pretend that they didn’t see you. Nothing, not even “one minute, or I’ll be right with you“. After a few minutes of waiting, I told my kids that we have to go somewhere else to get ice cream. Typically I don’t write reviews, but this happened a second time. I see that this is how they treat customers. Management should look into this.

Large variety of ice cream to choose from, especially toppings. I used to go to Dip Top but switched to Cold Stone, there’s just lots of stuff to choose from.

Come here all the time, went here like usual, lady working tells me i cant have ours size in signature special which is odd to me?? I ask multiple times she came up with some excuse saying she can’t do it. I’m kinda like confused at this point because it’s always been not an issue, but with this employee it was. I walked out upset and had to drive all the way to Meriden and the young lady gave me exactly what i asked for no issues. Tgat lady in orange needs to go!

I recently visited cold stone on Boston Post Road I bought two ice cream cups when I got home in one of the ice cream I found at least 5 to 6 long hair. this is disgusting. Why can’t they ask their employee to wear the caps I had to throw out the ice cream

My experience for the first time was very unconventional as we ordered it online and we showed up 10 minutes later. Our order was being made by a kind gentlemen that I never got his name but his fellow co worker never called our name after the original gentleman finished our order. Whilst several other were treated before us even though we were first in line for the online order. Coldstone please fix this issue sincerely Quinn
In the words of the cold stone server when my wife remarked as he started making mine... "yeah, it's all melted, sorry". I can't say for sure ALL the ice cream was melted, but the mint and coffee was.

The ice cream I got was melted and was barely mixed. By the time I got my entire order it was melting onto the counter. I know there's new staff by the way the guy was acting but at some point experienced workers need to take over. I took my slop and left. Please do better
