Place has new young staff that are either overwhelmed or do not know what they’re doing. I ordered 2 orders of the special. One was the way the cookie crumbled and is supposed to have double Oreo! But obviously doesn’t even have a single Oreo ? hopefully they can get things right.

One Sunday afternoon there was only one person serving after two more arrived but they dedicated themselves to placing the online orders and those of us who were already waiting for more than 20 minutes were still waiting, the line was long and some people did not want to continue waiting and left Around 10 people, I'm not lying or exaggerating, the managers can see it on their cameras. I arrived a few minutes before 6 and they ended up serving me at 6:34 and to make matters worse, they didn't give me the ice cream I ordered because the boy who served me didn't listen to that properly. He told me, the three who were serving had their headphones on, in fact one was talking on the phone. The ice cream is good but the service and management are very bad.

Coconut ice cream had large chunks of ice,, and my server didn’t mix up my ice cream. He flattened it, dumped the ingredients in the middle and just folded it over. He told me it had ice chunks because it just came out of the refrigerator. I threw it out. Paid over $5.00 to learn to never come back.

Worst experience didn't even get to order ice cream due to them only having one person serve a whole crowd of people props to him for handling it though . Took 35 minutes for me to end up leaving. Still had 6 people in front of me. Never coming to this location again

I myself really enjoy the ice cream and cookies here . My favorite thing is when they twist and mix up all those fun snacks together for an amazing treat . I like that they also make cool ice creams aligned with the movies out at the time . My daughter loves the Barbie themed ice cream , its pink and has really cool sprinkles . Lastly some of the younger staff can be rude .

I ordered a cookie dough peanut butter explosion of some sort. She gave me vanilla ice cream instead of the cookie dough and they were out of peanut butter cups. It was served already melted. Fun! Vanilla ice cream swimming pool with nothing in it. They also don't have a working phone number.

Girl working behind the counter helped a couple in front of us , proceeded to talk to the other workers completely disregarded us standing in front of all 3 of them . Stood at the counter clocked out , other kid helped us and just slapped the ice cream down , tossed it a little bit and without desire checked us out.
Ordered a smoothie. Watched the kid put white 10% of the cream they use in and run out. He asked to get more and seem they didn't have any. So continued to make the smoothie. Has no flavor other than strawberries and ice.

Ice cream is great. But I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to wear gloves while you serve the ice cream. Especially after you just touched money. That is what makes me not want to come here if they aren’t going to be clean.

Absolutely amazing!!! The staff are always extremely nice and quick!! It is very clean. Sometimes there can be a line but it's worth it and at no fault of anyone, everyone wants the ice cream!! I would recommend Cold Stone. They also have cakes in stock or you can special order them which is great.

Today on May 7, 2023 decided to visit Cold Stone Creamery. To have a small cup of the Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream with a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Definitely worth it for the amount of ice cream they serve.

I visited this store on saturday April 8th and their freezer was broken, ice cream was basically melted, and on top of that, there was a line to the door with only 3 teen-aged employees. No manager or supervisor in sight. Staff were super friendly and attentive despite the circumstance.
