Don't go here! They said we don't have anything to warm up food. So everything is room temp.

When I stopped in, there was only one person working at Dunkin, and they were solely focused on Dunkin orders.

The Subway counter was completely unstaffed, leaving customers unattended. Even more concerning, the food was left exposed, with flies landing on it.

Although the store appeared closed, it was still operating as if open. When I inquired, the Dunkin staff member confirmed that Subway was indeed closed because of no staff, which explained the confusion.

The sight of flies on the uncovered food was extremely off-putting. This situation clearly indicates poor management, inadequate staff training, and a lack of leadership. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Terrible service. Was there at 5 and was told I could not pay with the app/card only cash. Was told only cash because they closed at 6. Is still a whole hours and you closed the register!!!???? Only wanted me to give him the cash. This was Christmas Day at 5pm.

The chocolate and donuts were really delicious, but it's a shame the woman who served us seemed upset and desperate to serve us and there was no one else, she really had an unpleasant attitude.

August 4, 2023. We just want to start our day with a cup of coffee. But we encounter a RACIST STAFF from Dunkin Donut because we’re Asian !!! We stop to buy coffee around 7AM. We just asked nicely if they have Decaf Coffee and she starts cursing and telling us why we asked STUPID questions. And she went inside their kitchen and never came out. We don’t know if she’s having a bad day but she don’t have to treat us that way. It’s not how you treat your customer like that. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!
