The worst experience you can get is right at this DD location. Horrible service. The staff don't seem to care at all. Walked in to this place this morning, waited for about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Mind you that I was the only one there, no other customers except 3 cars on the Drive Thru. 3 staffers working, and no one could get my order. After 10 minutes waiting, a man entered the place and one of the staffers immediately started chatting with him, and took his order from the pick-up side NOT from the side where customers place their order. I didn't say anything as I thought someone might come and get my order after they serve the special man who didn't have to wait for his tea. Unfortunately, no one cares, they can be heard in the back laughing. I had no choice but leave the place after spending all that time in there without getting my meal. It's definitely not worth it spending money in a place where staff don't appreciate the customers, rather they expect the customer to put up with their attitude. I am not sure if the management even care about what people are saying in the reviews because it sounds like nothing is changing. I was there last week and the service is sucks, but I went a gain this morning, but it looks like this is how they operate. It is a part of their training. DD corporate should look into this kind of customer service provided by this location or D'Andrea Group. It is very concerning.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing. The staff often appear disengaged and unwelcoming, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. While I understand that everyone can have off days, the recurring issues suggest a deeper concern with overall staff morale and professionalism. Additionally, there have been frequent errors with orders, and on more than one occasion, I’ve overheard loud disagreements among employees even while going through the drive-thru. This lack of cohesion and customer service is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the management. I truly hope leadership takes steps to address these concerns and foster a more positive and efficient environment.

It’s not their fault because staff is always pleasant but for Christ sake! Can Dunkin Donuts stop baking the blueberry 🫐 muffins halfway and putting sugar on top? It’s really disgusting to bite into a muffin uncooked and soggy at the bottom! 🤢🤮! Sugar on top is not really needed if the muffin is sweet. Just saying I’d like to see improvement with this matter. I usually won’t fuss but this is the 5 th muffin and wasted 2.78$ within a weeks time! Enough is enough and I had to speak my peace. Thank you.

Excellent and very nice lady just now 11: 30am 4/16 …my app was cutting out and let go of the free drink scan and she did her best to still let me get my free beverage. I am very pleased with the customer service! :)
