Excellent and very nice lady just now 11: 30am 4/16 …my app was cutting out and let go of the free drink scan and she did her best to still let me get my free beverage. I am very pleased with the customer service! :)

I don't know what time is worse the AM or pm.Service is terrible. Order is never right, and service is extremely slow.Went there around 1 pm. with no lines in drive-through and took almost 5 min to get my 1 coffee order, which was wrong.Employees are walking around laughing talking and customers just sitting there waiting.

I was sitting at the mobile order for about 20 minutes they kept looking at me as if I was stupid. I saw them give a different customer a drink that someone tried and said it was not theirs. I am just disappointed and disgusted by what happened and do not plan on going back.

Ordered from here through uber eats and ended up missing 2 items, got no straws, and a bavarian cream donut that had cupcake frosting as a filling. Upon receiving these items, i decided to call the store to ask if they had the missing items still that i could come pick up. However, i was met with a recording that the number i dialed was no longer in service that was very clearly just recorded from somebodies phone to be used as an answering machine to avoid calls from customers.

Today evening i have place an order for pumpkin signature latte and egg and cheese. We also paid the entire amount and after receiving the order they said we can not make any sandwiches or any latte at this moment so we asked for refund and she said we can not refund as manager is not available. At the end we have asked them to give us the assorted bagels in return of our money. And she gave us 6 bagels.Very bad service. They must have informed us while entering in the shop that they can’t make any sandwiches or any drink or we are not available.But after receiving the money they informed us. Which is ridiculous.

Just went through the drive thru. At first I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher, and the lady said they were out of that, so I said I wouldn't get anything. Then she paused, and a second later, annoyingly asked if I wanted a strawberry dragonfruit refresher, and I said yes. So apparently they did have it. I also ordered a pumpkin donut, but got a blueberry muffin instead. Really annoying, as I don't have time to go back. Also, when I went up to the window, one of the women stared at me and glared (I think the one who took my order). Typically this Dunkin is good but not this time!

The customer service here is trash in the morning. The lady with the blonde short hair is extremely rude. She completely ignores everyone who comes to the front counter even when shes standing right there. The tall black guy is gross. Ive watched him on multiple occasions pick his nose and cough in his hands then not wash them. Lastly everytime I do a mobile order I wait 10/15 minutes and its still not ready when it arrives. I never have any of these problems with the afternoon staff.
