Lady at the counter was personable. Got the loaded fries, some of the best flavor balance on ingredients, the chicken was slightly dry but almost not noticeable because of the sauce everywhere and the pickles. A+ on portion size. Can’t do better for the price, good experience.

I had a bad experience at North Haven location with the Wrap I purchased, it was only crust instead of any chicken. I was very disappointed.. I did not want to happen that again so I mentioned it to Mellaine M and she took great care of it and did not charge me for it as well.. she did not have to do it, I loved Haven Hot so I just wanted a good one for future, but she took extra care of it and went above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. There was another gentleman who was also very friendly and went above and beyond in his customer service. Im very happy with the staff and service they provided. Thank you

Best hot chicken place in the area, bar none. Consistent, tasty chicken. Had an issue ONE time with the heat level and they made it right, above and beyond. Blue cheese sauce has chunks of cheese, the bread is always fresh, and the employees are friendly. I won't go anywhere else.

Prices are definitely high, but their food is second to none. It's $20 bucks a head minimum. As far as the people in these reviews saying the workers are rude. They are the nicest people you'll ever meet. I've never had a bad experience in that dept. especially the younger guy. He's so nice!!

We’ve eaten at the Orange HHC four times. It usually is good, however our last experience was awful. My husband likes the spicy chicken and I prefer the country chicken. We found a place to park and I started to eat my sandwich and it was ice cold and dried out. It tasted like it had been cooked and sat for awhile. I was very disappointed. I ended up only eating some of the sandwich and threw the rest out. I don’t know if I’ll eat there again. Food is too expensive nowadays to get a sub par sandwich.
