Lady at the counter was personable. Got the loaded fries, some of the best flavor balance on ingredients, the chicken was slightly dry but almost not noticeable because of the sauce everywhere and the pickles. A+ on portion size. Can’t do better for the price, good experience.

I had a bad experience at North Haven location with the Wrap I purchased, it was only crust instead of any chicken. I was very disappointed.. I did not want to happen that again so I mentioned it to Mellaine M and she took great care of it and did not charge me for it as well.. she did not have to do it, I loved Haven Hot so I just wanted a good one for future, but she took extra care of it and went above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. There was another gentleman...
