I ordered a simple fried rice and it was gooey and mushy. I told the waitress and she did nothing about it, except comment you ordered fried rice. Then instead of asking if I'd like something else, they charged me for the rice I didn't even eat. I asked did I have to pay for it and she raised her voice saying I shouldn't do that like as if I didn't mention that I didn't like it. When it was time to pay she snatched my credit card out of my hands. I told her she was out of order for doing so..I would never recommend anyone to eat there. No stars from me.

Hokkaido is a fantastic place to enjoy a succulent meal. I was suggested by a good friend and I'm telling you I opened the menu and had to have it all. Sure I was hungry, but normally just because I had to have it all that doesn't mean I would. This time however, I broke through and am glad I did.
I ordered the Bulgogi Bibimbap, and Tonkatsu Ramen with extra pork belly. I even got an extra egg for the ramen as is my tradition and I'm glad I did... Warm memories of deliciousness now ooze from my pores. I did not stop there I also ordered the pork bao buns which were so tasty I made a second order. I couldn't eat my second one so I packed it for a late night snack and caught my girlfriend eating it as she climbed back to her side of the bed in middle of the night. You bet your booty I demanded she let my pork bun go and give what remained of it to me! I still think about them. Even now as I write this I long for more. I will have it again.
Know this. The broths for their ramen are absolutely delicious and flavorful. You will go somewhere else and think you are drinking warm water.

My family ate dinner here two nights ago. I read many positive reviews, so decided to try it out. Walking into the restaurant, we were the only people there. Quickly sat at any table we wanted, and had prompt service. The drinks and food came quickly. Everything was amazing. Will definitely go back next time I am in the area.

They brought my food out first (bulgogi) and we had to wait about 5 minutes for the ramen to be served. Luckily mine was served on a cast iron plate which kept everything hot but I would have preferred everything come out together.
