This is probably the best ihop in CT. Cleanest and friendliest. Also, better food. The only heads up I have is when you order for pickup, make sure you check the bag before leaving. They always forget something and thatâs been pretty consistent unfortunately.

Disaster! Just left this restaurant with a group of 20 SENIOR CITIZENS who waited over an hour and a half before even being served water! The bill was not discounted and the manager was the most irritating and unreasonable person Iâve had to interact with in a long time. When the food was served it was cold and overall disappointing. In addition, the bathroom was disgusting. The best part of the experience was our server Leo. A HUGE thank you! He was personable, professional and honestly should be running the place. Unfortunately we will not be returning to find out :(

i walked in and this nice lady took us to find a booth. we sat down and i couldnât decide what i would want. anyway, there was like, no other waitresses or waiters so she was doing all of the work fast and nicely. she was very sweet! i got strawberries with whipped cream on a belgian waffle. it tasted kinda funny but it was good. i ate my dads shredded hash browns and those were DELICIOUS. we went to go pay and a minute before we left, 2 men walked in and one was completely barefoot. no shoes, no socks, not even any trash bags on their feet. i was immediately grossed out. i then left. i was a bit hesitant to go here because when i was 2, i stopped here to get breakfast on the way to the outer banks and i threw up my strawberry pancakes in the car. overall, it was good. cheap, nice service, just please donât let that shoeless man step foot into this place again. (see what i did there haha)

The Orange location never fails to deliver when the family eats there, excellent service and priced right especially for a group of 14, much better than the location in Hamden. Once again the service was great, though being packed with no parking to be found in their lot they managed to seat our group of ten with a moderate wait. Our server was prompt and attentive with our food arriving much sooner than I had estimated.
My steak was dried đ My husband steak was juicy and good. Our silverware was dirty . The staff were friendly. Hope that soon they will add grits to the menuđ

Anyone who is used to the way they make the NY style cheesecake pancakes will more than likely be as disappointed as me. I hate how dry IHOP pancakes are but when you order a special one it's a bit different and that's why I would ALWAYS and only ALWAYS order the NY style. Unfortunately I was at a different location in the same state but a different county and did a mobile order. If I knew I would be getting dry pancakes with the whipped cream cheese on the side (that taste funny too) I would not have spent 25$ on my order since the pancake is the reason I came. I wouldve ordered elsewhere and not be as upset as I am. I think being pregnant and craving a certain taste is why I am so maaaad but the fact that I ordered this same plate a few days ago local to where I live and it was made the right way to then be told from this location that my order wasn't wrong and that that's the way they do it now. Yeah, I was pissed. IHOP has dry pancakes unless you get flavored ones. Meaning inside the pancake not outside the pancakes. Are they also putting uncooked blueberries or uncooked chocolate chips when someone asks for those flavors ? And then I didn't even get my whipped cream bcuz they consider the whipped cream cheese a substitute. Call me dramatic but this is not what I wanted and if things changed the website should at least have that information available so others like myself don't waste their money.

I called twice to see if there was a waiting time or list and both times whoever picked up the call was very unprofessional and rude , I have been going there for year I understand you might have new people working but train them to be more professional and nice , sadly they have lost a loyal customer , customer service is important .

IHOP STILL HAS THE BEST PANCAKES AND CRISPIEST MEATIEST BACON . Always packed but theyâve gotten better with their wait system only like 10-15 min even tho they said it wud take 20-25 min⊠wait they call you when theyâre ready for you âŠfood is fresh they also have fresh strawberries not just the ones in the strawberry syrup. Oh and great prices plenty options able to mix b match and adjust as you like.
