So the carpet was literally stink a heavy stench coming from the carpet and the orange juice was disgusting so I did not tip because no one addressed my concerns, go to a dinner ,do not go here place is run down, will not lie thou the manager wasn't rude,but also did not refund my 4.99 for a glass of disgusting orange juice.

Food was very good. We ate the normal breakfast fare of waffles, eggs, and bacon, etc. it was all cooked to perfection.

Took a star off because the place looks run down. Ceiling tiles stained and peeling paint.

Andrew was an excellent server. Checked on us frequently. Very polite. Excellent manners. Extremely attentive. His kindness and work ethic restores my faith in young people.

Absolutely disgusting experience.

I came to IHOP on a Sunday morning after church to treat my boyfriend to a nice birthday breakfast. What was supposed to be a lovely outing turned into a complete nightmare. While eating, I moved my eggs and found a hair lying underneath them on the plate. That alone was enough to ruin the entire meal, but what made it worse was how the situation was handled.

When I brought it to the manager’s attention, his response was, “What do you want me to do about it?” I was shocked. I calmly told him I expected a refund for the entire bill, as finding hair in food is unacceptable. He then had the nerve to say, “You already attempted to eat the food, there’s nothing I can do. Go call whoever you want.”

Of course I was eating—I came there to eat. I was starving. But how could anyone expect someone to continue eating after discovering a hair in their food?

The food was gross after that point, the attitude was even worse, and I’m still in disbelief at the lack of professionalism and accountability. This was my first time at this location and definitely my last. I do not recommend eating here unless you’re okay with unsanitary food and rude management.

Went on a Saturday around 11:30 am. Waited 20 minutes for a table. Waited 30 minutes for our food. When the food cane, 2 out of our 4 orders were wrong. It was very loud and there was no customer service.

I was not thrilled with the lack of service. It's sad when you sit down and have to wait 20 minutes before someone takes your beverage order! I don't like being ignored in a restaurant.
The food was okay nothing really special! I don't think I will be going back to IHOP ever again.

This is without a doubt the best IHOP I have been to. The service was excellent and food came out perfectly prepared and hot. The managers are very active overseeing everything and employees are extremely well trained. Good management really makes a difference. Keep up the great work. IHOP corporate should use this particular IHOP as an example for how other IHOPs should be run.

Great breakfast foods. We never have lunch or dinner here. The problem with this IHOP is it’s very dirty inside. The seats , booths and backs of booths and walls are greasy and just filthy on certain walls and dirty rugs. They need a complete overhaul inside. I only agree to go along because my husband and grandchildren would never get to have a breakfast here, if I didn’t go to. Open your eyes manager and scrub the place up or build a new one in the area!

I think this place is under new management. It really sucks now. First, the appetizers come out at the same time as the rest of the food, not ideal. Then, I was waiting for my waiter to pass by as me and my kids sat there without a drink for close to 15 minutes. Then, I walk up to the manager who is at the cash register, and I advise him that my waiter has not been by and I’d like to order 3 more drinks and I need the check. For some reason, he feels the need to advise me that refills are not free, offending me on the process…I repeat my order and ask for the check again. All of a sudden, the whole team notices that nobody is receiving adequate/timely customer service in this section of the restaurant so everybody is over there all of a sudden. Other diners are also requesting checks and finally being helped. I won’t be back until I see a “under new management” sign.
