My favorite sandwich place. I work near the Orange location and go there all the time for lunch. I highly recommend getting frizzled onions on your sandwich.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was so excited to finally get my pickle sandwich I get there and they told me I couldn't have it because I wasn't a member of their program. Okay fine. I get 2 sandwiches at about $10 a sandwich not bad. Get my sandwiches there's hardly an meat on them and it was supposed to have bacon and it didn't. I will not go out of my way to get this again. Absolutely horrible!

Service was amazing so to no fault of the guy in there. But the food was just not it. You ripped the middle of my bread out why?! I paid for the whole piece of bread I'm a prime fatzilla I want the inside. A veggie sandwich came with 2-3 tomatoes and 3 thin slices of cucumber 1 piece of cheese. The most chinsy sandwich I ever paid 9$ for. I feel bad for the guy in the store he was so sweet but the store itself missing ingredients chinsy no toppings on the sandwiches. Just my first time there will also sadly be our last. It only got the above 2 stars because of the guy in the store he was such a sweet customer service person.

Jimmy John’s deli meats are krauszer’s level at best but more than twice the price. With not many options for toppings, or cheese, or meat, or bread, you’ll be left wondering how this place is a nationwide chain. I got a large turkey and roast beef with cheddar cheese and it was $24 after tax and tip and tasted EXACTLY like the Krauszer’s sub I get that would have costed me like $12. You’d think that for $24, maybe they’d pile the meats on there but nope. This thing was basically bare bones. I never thought I’d say this but Subway is actually better.

We used Jimmy Johns to cater a birthday party and it was awesome. Nick the manager was so helpful and the sandwiches were very fresh. Everyone at the party loved them, I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

I got the chicken ceasar wrap. I think it's overpriced at about $12. But the taste is 8/10 in my opinion. The staff could be more pleasant and I wish this location had a drive thru for convenience. It's not always easy to run in and out with kids.

This place is Great!! Morning free is very friendly and fast! We visit this place this morning (12-7-24) an order 2 combos They guy ( I think the boss) was so helpful and nice love the personality!! The lady with the red briads super sweet n polite n fast ! You can’t go wrong at this location!! WE DEFINITELY WILL BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS

Wow never again over $30 for 2 8in combo meals with 1 slice of turkey and 2 peices of bacon on sandwich I feel like I just got robbed!!!!!!!. This is worse then subway. Keep away unless u have money to spend and just looking for a snack. Also why do they gut the roll once it's cut? If I wanted a wrap I'd order one.

I went Saturday to get the picklewich the staff on Saturday was great that was on 11/9. Today 11/11 the staff was not nice they didn't put cheese on the sandwich. Overall the Saturday crew is better. So upset he didn't put cheese
Now I'm visiting from out of town and when I need a quick bite I prefer Jimmy John's but this location needs some work on customer service and food quality. The employee was on her phone entire time she was making my sandwich. I was wondering who she was talking to cause I didn't see the ear buds at first. I just would have appreciated her pausing that call to make my sandwich and provide better customer service. Sandwich wasn't what I am used to from JJ but I chalk it up to varying by location/owner/management. Just disappointing

ordered the Italian, very disappointing - the bread was nothing special! the tomatoes shouldn't even be put on a sandwich when they are just those hot house tomatoes with no taste and white on the inside and hard! waste of $$$

When I tell you the name, “Jimmy John” fits its because I have ti use the tJon when I get home from my uncooked bacon. It was cold was not asked if I wanted it warmed tonight when I asked for my bacon I wanted it hot. It was cold and now I’m nauseated. Plain bread chips were disgusting overall zero stars.
