The first time I got a sandwich here the produce tasted rotten and I couldn't finish it. Decided to go again simply because it's in walking distance of where I work and this time when I ordered a hot sandwich it was cold with that same aftertaste of rot. I'm not sure if the two guys working here actually know how to use any of the kitchen equipment.

I am so excited to finally have a Jimmy John’s local, been hearing about them for years and thought they were gonna revolutionize the sandwich business. I was so wrong!! The sandwich had a pathetic amount of mid quality meats I ordered the largest gigantic sub it had 3 ultra thin slices of meat 1 slice of cheese. They serve it on a bread stick so it looks larger then what it is. Honestly this was more vegetables than anything else. Save your money and time go anywhere else.

There were only 2 slices of meat on our sandwiches and a lot of lettuce. It was disappointing to say the least. This was our 1st and last time going there. Good thing I asked for the senior discount so it cost $26.00 instead of $29.00.

This place hasn't caught on in the northeast yet, and it is a damn shame, because this restaurant offers some of the greatest grinders that I have ever had. Much better than subway or Jersey Mike's.

Way over priced. The bread was gummy and just gross. Barely any meat. Could have gone to Jersey Mike's or Subway and gotten more food that tastes better. This restaurant chain has over invested in their brand identity at the cost of dissatisfied customer sentiment. I don't think this restaurant will be here for very long. The food isjust not memorable or crave-able. Sorry Illinois, in New England we don't take kindly to this kind of ripoff. .

Two thinly sliced pieces of meat and a slice of cheese on each half. For almost $30 for two meals, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

Clean. Staff wasn't entirely welcoming but also not cold. The real important aspect is the food. Just not my vibe. The bread was fresh but not what I like. Meat was skimpy and eh. Not big on the amount of mayo (lots) and lettuce. Overall, ok, but just not for my tastes.
