Always forget items that I order, food is mediocre, most of the time food is not fresh, feels like it’s been sitting around for hours, and then reheated, and staff seems like they just don’t care, place is a shame now which it used to not be, do recommend going here

Went to the location in orange ct. on a Tuesday night at 530pm and was met with a person who stated “I hope you ain’t here for no chicken cause we ain’t got no chicken “ so I was quite taken aback by the fact that at dinner time on a Tuesday night at 530 a chicken place didn’t have chicken, She said that there is no deals for chicken and that it would be a 45 minute wait before any chicken was available and I quote Ain’t no chicken gonna be ready for a long time !! Besides the horrible attitude and because I came to a chicken restaurant that didn’t have any chicken ready at dinner time makes a very clear statement that this is one place that I will never eat at again and that the staff they have working there is in some serious need of training. This occurred at 530 on November 11 2025 in case you are interested in who was working at this time. Anyone who is considering going here for some food may want to think twice before going here, there are better options where you will be treated with respect and they will be prepared to help you with your dinner plans

Avoid coming to this location. Came at 9:30pm to pick up my order. When I arrived home, I opened the bag to eat my food and the crispy chicken that I ordered was soggy and undercooked. No wonder the lady handed me the bag tied up. I went back the next day due to them closing at 10pm and the girl on the speaker acted like she couldn’t help with my issue. When we pulled up to the window to ask for the manager, the manager (Ebony) was in the background unprofessionally talking junk and stated that I need to come back tomorrow at 10:30 because there’s nothing she can do about it, leaving me with the chicken for a whole 48 hours.

Air conditioner has been broke for 2 months. The owner of this location is doing a terrible job. Seems like he likes collecting the cash without putting any back into the business. The paint, the patches on the Cieling, it’s not good. It’s like a slumlord owns it. Brutal for the staff working on 90 plus degree days with no ac.

Went to this kfc and didn't have a good visit at all first off i had to wait a long time and they weren't busy at all. Then when I start ordering they wanna start giving me my total when I had just starting ordering very poor service.

I ordered on line to pick up through the drive thru. Then I pulled into a parking spot to check my order. Looking through the bags and there's no coleslaw in any of the meals or the large side of slaw I ordered. So I went back through the drive thru for them to tell me that they're out coleslaw so instead they gave me extra Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Nothing like not letting me know or to even make the choice of what I wanted to replace the slaw with. They need to let people know these things and not just give them a replacement of their choice.

Feburary 9 Superbowl weekend schedule hours of operation is on the door clearly stating this joke of an establishment was closing at 10:30pm it was only 6:00pm and your closed while the employees watched customers drive off SMH
