I ordered on line to pick up through the drive thru. Then I pulled into a parking spot to check my order. Looking through the bags and there's no coleslaw in any of the meals or the large side of slaw I ordered. So I went back through the drive thru for them to tell me that they're out coleslaw so instead they gave me extra Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Nothing like not letting me know or to even make the choice of what I wanted to replace the slaw with. They need to let people know these things and not just give them a replacement of their choice.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to in my life. The drive thru cashier couldn't hear me on the speaker, I was spoken to with a what and a huh. I get to the window I paid for and was given my food with no drink, biscuit, or sauce that came with the meal. When I expressed that I was missing my biscuit, she insisted that it was in the bag (when it was not) and I was given a nasty attitude and told that there were people behind me waiting. The food was nasty like the workers' attitude. I threw it out, and we never go back to this particular KFC.

This restaurant takes it upon themselves to continuously lock their doors early and say they are out of ingredients on numerous occasions. Their day crew is great however whatever is going on in the evenings needs to stop. I understand associates want to get home at exactly the time they want however they should really turn off their delivery service apps if they are going to have the drivers call the customer every time an hr before they close that they are out of food. Wasting everyone’s time and energy that way.

Update 45 Min Wait/// Location Closes At 10 And At 5:28 PM For The "Tuesday Only" 8 Pieces Of Dark For $10 It Would Just Make Since To Have Preparation For Folks Getting Off Work And As I Waited 45mins I Noticed Customer's Was Told There Was No Potpies No Chicken "We Ran Out Of Chicken" Etc...I Understand Wanting To Start Shutting Down And Cleaning Up For Close But It's The Customers With Families Who Get Off Work To Purchase Specials And There Was An Attitude At Drive-thru Then No Receipts ...Just My Observation As A Working Veteran Constructive Criticism Goes A Longway ijs.

Please stay away from this KFC. Some of the staff is extremely unprofessional and the wait time for my lunch was beyond long. When I pulled up to the restaurant, i’m not sure if something was wrong with the microphone in the drive-through, but I’m a big guy and know that I need to speak loudly and clearly when ordering through these things, this person consistently couldn’t hear me to the point where I had to raise my voice beyond yelling and was met with extreme amount of attitude when I was told I wasn’t able to pick up orders, place from the app in the drive-through. When I went inside to wait for my food was long and I had to hear employees arguing amongst themselves about issues that I don’t care about nor should I be hearing. Just stay away the staff clearly does not care.

We were picking up for a delivery that was confirmed from this restaurant. We almost missed turning into the restaurant because every single light on the exterior of the building was off. As we approached the door to the entrance, it was locked, so we pulled through the drive-through, which is the normal protocol once the dining area is closed as we pulled through again. There were no lights on, but someone did answer the drive-through and asked if we could be helped. when we provided the name of the person who had ordered, she immediately said she didn’t have that order. We were also next to a car that was parked directly next to the drive-through lane with the lights off and seemed super suspicious. We provided the name and the exact order that was supposed to be in the restaurant and she took less than 10 seconds to “ check “ and then said she did not have the order. The drive-through windows were open and the inside lights were on. The restaurant doors and online quoted that the restaurant was open for another hour and 10 minutes so I’m not sure why whoever was working shooed us away from an order that was clearly placed, but definitely did not get a great vibe out of it

All Kentucky fried chickens Are not the same the one on Persian drive in Shelton or in the valley is excellent the ones down here overcook their chicken you can't get hot chicken it's it's not the greatest chicken Kentucky fried In ain't moist the original should be moist and juicy and just downright good because I love Kentucky Fried Chicken and these ones down here in Bridgeport are falling short thank you
