Based on the reviews, Sabores Restaurant 2 Orange offers great food and excellent service. The food is amazing, with phenomenal dishes like the cows tongue meal with a nice savory sauce, sweet plantain, and rice, as well as a ceviche with shrimp. Appetizers like mini empanadas and ceviche de chicharrón have incredible taste and texture. The Picada has meats cooked perfectly, and the mixed plate with beef, sausage, and pork is full of flavor with super tender meats. The steak is very juicy. The drinks, including mojitos, are great. The vibe is really cool and authentic, with a Latin vibe, music, and karaoke nights. The staff is always very attentive, kind, and helpful. There is ample parking and they take credit cards. However, the quality of the food has seemed to decline for some, with a recent Parrillada meal not being good. The service can also be lack luster and not that attentive. The ambiance is like a communal cafeteria.
