Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I tried to go to Olive Garden in Orange. It took us 10 minutes to be seated because everyone they asked was overwhelmed and could not take another table. OK fine understandable, however, when I sat down, I was sitting for 10 minutes and nobody came Over to Acknowledge us at all. So I ended up leaving.
If your servers can’t handle the job, get new ones, And when I told the lady at the front desk, I was leaving she didn’t even say anything no apology no nothing. Very unprofessional.

I went to Olive Garden in orange CT and took my daughter and Mom for a birthday and special occasion and waitress didn’t know what she was doing. She put in the right order and the manager decided to grab another order so the manager all he did was watch us the whole time better enough the food wasn’t that good and told him about the mistake so he went back and said no I don’t think she did the right order but she did do the right order. It was just him. He grabbed the wrong order Then watched us the whole time so we was checking out and he does something with the little tablet on the table and he asked me what did I do all I wanted to do was pay my bill so the tablet wouldn’t let me pay for the bill. So he ran him back and act like I wasn’t gonna pay the bill so he said you could follow me to the cash register and pay your bill there like that was so embarrassing and if you have butlike that working for you, this is my first experience with useand would never go back there no more And I will be letting everyone know about it

I walked in and it smelled bad, then the booth she sat us in was ripped, the salad was bitter tasting, shrimp scampi was atrocious I sent it back and got the baked ziti that was also bad with an after smell ..

Never again!

Olive Garden is consistently good food. Ya know what you're gonna get. Ni, our server was especially attentive to our needs and made sure we had plenty of salad and bread sticks to enjoy during our visit. Great afternoon lunch date!

The Milford CT restaurant is falling apart. The cushions on the booths are ripped open with stuffing coming out and hard as a rock. We moved to a table and the chair legs were broken so we had to switch the chairs. The place is so dirty and ugly. The food was good and the waiter was great, but sadly the atmosphere was so dismal that I won't be going back.

It was our distinct pleasure to celebrate my birthday at Olive Garden with my cherished family. Our server, Jabari, provided exceptional service, demonstrating a remarkable blend of professionalism and affability. We got there around 11:30 so it wasn't busy. We were craving Olive Garden and needed a break from Christmas shopping. The atmosphere is always comfortable, we were seated right away because there were only a few other people there. Our waitress was a sweetheart and told us about the specials and etc. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks/food. The only thing we wish would change is, adding more to the salad while waiting for our main dish. The salad seemed to be made for one person. There was more dressing than salad also.

Hanna is an incredibly pleasant waitress with a warm personality and a captivating smile. She has a remarkable talent for being attentive to her customers' needs, ensuring a positive dining experience for everyone. Olive Garden should take pride in having someone of Hanna's caliber on their team.

Have been couple of times, gets busy on weekends, they still manage to get us table quickly. Food is good, unlimited salad/soup and to go half price entree make it a steal.

We went out to dinner last night Friday 11/7/25. We were able to get seated right away. But the reason for writing my review is due to the most awesome waitress Kaleigh (I hope I spelled it right). She was absolutely amazing. I have never had such a friendly, honest, caring and courteous waitress before. She was amazing! And made our experience there THE BEST EVER! I wish there were more people like her. She definitely deserves to be recognized for her amazing job that she does. And also recognized for the way she treats her customers with such care. You can tell she is genuine, and that she genuinely wants her customers to be happy, completely pleased and satisfied when they leave. I will always request Kaleigh as my waitress from now on as long as she’s working . She is an absolute pleasure and in my opinion, she should be given a raise or a promotion. Thank you for being you Kaleigh!!!

Bradford the general manager is THE BEST!!!! His customer service skills are off the charts. Chris the bartender is amazing and attentive. They both go above and beyond.
