After I retired from the military, I wasn't sure of the next career phase in my life. I like so many other people became part of the the Rat-Race, working from 9-5. But I always knew deep down inside me I wanted to be my own boss. I wanted to be in charge of when I worked, how I worked, and where I worked. And I wanted to also help people acheieve their dream employment opprotunity. When I found out about Franchising and later about Patrice and Associates I realized this is a great opportunity for me to achecive what I wanted and at the same time help other get what they want. It's a Win Win situtiation.

P&A franchisees and recruiters all learn their formulaic approach which yields quality talent to clients, while providing much needed coaching and agency to great candidates looking for great opportunities.
