The Employees here are very Rude & Unprofessional. And "YES" that includes the manager. I came in to place my order and literally hadda ask one of the Employees can they take my order when it's their job to Greet & Serve me. My point is they didn't even say anything to me as they just sat there. That's unacceptable!!!Plus the manager had a Attitude problem! Don't recommend this Domino's Pizza!!!!!!

This is the worst dominos establishment that I've ever ordered from. My children enjoy dominos pizza and against my better judgement I usually order from this one because it's closer to be. I tried placing an order a few minutes ago and the kine system would not recognize the coupon. I called in to inquire about the issue, and to see if I could possibly do a telephone order. An employee by the name of Denise claiming to be a manager told me that she could not honor the online price because the in-store system would not allow it. When I asked for the manager above her she stated that he wasn't there. She also stated that every single dominos has different prices, that her manager owns this part location and that was another reason why she would not honor the price. Let's not forget the previous time I ordered my pizza arrived warm instead of hot, my extra sauces that I paid for were missing and they forgot my drink as well. My children will just have to do with another pizza establishment because I will NEVER order from them again. If it wasn't for the colleges being in such close proximity that dominos wouldn't still be in business. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

NOBODY WEARS MASKS OR GLOVES WHEN PREPARING FOOD !!!Ok so we ordered last night through the app. It said it was ready after maybe 10 minutes so we were happy and drove to this location to pick it up. My husband immediately calls me after he goes inside and tells me to go in. Please know this is no exaggeration - out of probably a little less than 10 people working there, only 2 people were wearing masks. NOBODY preparing food was wearing masks or gloves. So we watched everyone working talking back and forth, one was on her cell phone, and with bare hands everyone was touching all the ingredients. Ironically enough, the only people wearing masks weren't even preparing the food. The manager said something along the lines of having clearance with the Dept of Health. If that's true then I will never eat at Domino's again. We are in the middle of a pandemic - if I have to wear a mask to go in and pick up my food, staff should be wearing masks and gloves when touching/preparing food. This is the total opposite of "contactless" that they advertise. Needless to say, we didn't take the food and asked for a refund so hopefully we get that money back in a few days.

Had curb side pick up order which I ordered over the phone from my house I waited a few minutes before I left to go pick the food up. When I got there they had me waiting curbside for 30+ minutes after getting notified from the app tracker that it was complete which I of course then followed the instructions of clicking 'I'm here' when I arrived outside store and turned my hazards on. For a full 30+minutes. Then I called inside the store to let them know I was outside waiting the girl who answered gave me so much attitude after I let her know I ordered for curb side she told me I had to come inside then I proceeded to let her know I ordered curb side so I would like it to be brought to my car she then says hold on then has an argument with the person in the back ground then gets back on the phone states she is coming. When she finally brings out the food she passes it off in such a hurry. Food was great but experience was terrible. :(

The meals and service were ahead of our expectations. I absolutely enjoyed the environment of this spot. Wonderful restaurant to take my family out for lunch.

Ordered delivery and received 2 burnt & dry pizzas. Their cheesy bread & chicken were good but this was the worst Dominos I've ever had! I was hungry so I ate 2 slices before taking a picture but the pizza was really difficult to eat and flavorless. Also ordered through their app and they forgot to bring a sauce which was paid for. I called the store immediately after I got back in my house and asked if they can bring the sauce they forgot. It's been 40 minutes and at this point I realize the driver isn't coming back.. not worth the $30!

Hi my Name is Naomi.I have worked in the plaza for 10 years where this location resides.When the store opened up a few years ago.It was a very pleasant experience.I have never been treated so badly as I have been these last couple of weeks by the staff there. I eat at this location at least 3 times a week.I have notice a few weeks ago.An Afro American gentleman with a slim build,approximately 6'2 to 6'3 with clear glasses and a Muslim beard.Has been making fun,mocking and ridiculing me to other staff members while I am in the store.I noticed it last Saturday 10/26/19 around 2:30ish.I went in to order my food.It was three gentlemen in there.2 Afro Americans and a Spanish or Caucasian.And a short Afro American Female.Who I am usually very friendly with.In any event,On this day He in the other two gentleman was back near the ovens in back of the cash registers.I see him gesture towards me to the other guys.And they started laughing pretty laughed.To the point the female turned a rounded and told them to hush.She the turns around back to me with a smirk on her face.As I continue to order my food.The tall gentleman I later learned his man was Devontae.Then came over to register.Standing side by side from the female.Bends over to grab a bag or something.And she looks down at him and both started snickering once again.She then told me she would bring me my stuff over.It was about 20 mins and still no food.So I headed back over there.And when I came through the door Devontae says to the Spanish or white guy.Here comes your girl.And the man then replied and said.No thank you I have a wife.And the three gentlemen laughed.I waited for about ten more mins.And then finally I got my food.I started to write this review last week.But I too am Afro American.And I don't like seeing Afro Americans men in trouble.I know how hard it is sometimes for them to find jobs nowadays.So I let it go. So I returned the following Sunday 11/03/19 2:45ish.This time with one of my Co/Workers.We were ordering our food.This time it was 2 gentlemen working.A Caucasian gentlemen who was ringing up our food.And the young man Devontae.Also two females the short black Afro American from the past week.And a Spanish young lady.As my friend was ordering her food I noticed all three of them walk over to the dough area.Where the short Afro American woman was mixing dough.Devontae is whispering in her ear as they all keep looking at me from there side eye and giggling.And then Devontae says. People like that are disgusting and crazy.And the Spanish girl said why you say that?They noticed I was observing the conversation and shut up.I then asked the young lady could she bring us our food when it was done.She reluctantly said yes.The only reason why we asked her.Was because the man who was ring us out gave us a hard time when we asked him.I the walk back to the store.I asked my Co/worker did she see them acting up.And she then said yes.We waited like 30 mins for our food.When we get our food,it wasn't what I ordered.We order a chicken Parmesan sandwich and a steak and cheese sandwich.They gave us 2 Chicken Parmsesans.I then call the store.Someone picked up the phone who barely spoke English.I asked to speak to someone else.A gentleman then picks up the phone and I tell him my situation.He then apologized and said he would make me a new one and bring it over.Needless to say,I never got my sandwich.So I spent an hour on my Lunch break waiting on food I never got to eat.And went home from a 10 hour shift hungry.Its no wonder why you guys can't get the order right.You are too busy making fun of your customers.At the this point, I just want a refund.For the food I never got.I am a 6'4 woman and proud.I understand that could be a shock for people to behold at times.But to be treated like this is unacceptable and unprofessional.I will also be calling there corporate offices first thing Monday morning.

Horrible customer service. Someone from my company ordered and we made an announcement to the building that the food was here. THe driver, who refused to give us his name, began yelling and and screaming at the management staff. I had a lobby full of customers and drivers and the driver was rude, and threating us he will put us as a do not serve place. We order from here at least twice a week but after the way this driver served us we will rather order somewhere else. To top it off the woman I spoke to over the phone seem not to even care. She called the driver and the driver continued to go off. We will never order from here again and we will make sure everyone in the surrounding areas know about this service.

Not only is the customer service horrible, but so is the food!! I understand you Remy, I have had good food at other dominos. At many other dominos I have had great wings. This time I ordered BBQ and they gave me a sauce that was basically mild/hot sauce 2 times in a row. I guess the saying is "right fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." I eat dominos on the regular, at least 3-6 times a month and this place is by far is the worst overall. I love dominos but I don't know if I will ever order dominos again because how horribly treated I was!

I love Domino's! Point blank, period! Kinda have a little crush on one of the drivers, lol. My favorite pizza is the Beef and Cheese pizza. I can eat a medium one by myself, though I wouldn't recommend this if you're trying to lose weight. Maybe 3-4 times a year, I order a pizza from there.
