Every time I order from this specific Popeyes you guys give me a quarter of what I order. Trash. Learn to DOUBLE CHECK. & MANAGERS TRAIN YOUR TEAM MEMBERS BETTER

I stopped at this Popeyes to go through the drive-through and get a spicy chicken sandwich.
It was fairly typical as I was in and out quickly.
My sandwich was good/tasty.

The food was bad mac and cheese looked nasty they gave me the end of pot,I was missing one of my chicken’s and I’m so sure I got charged for more then a drink 6 hbq wing and mac 14 dollars when I went through drive through first time plus fries 11$!! Idk what they got going on here

I waited 15 minutes after drive thru for my food, first issue. I get home and the tenders I got are so tiny compared to the usual Popeyes experience I would have. And they didn’t even include a biscuit. For 15$ I’m not satisfied

Today I ordered the family festive meal for $20, I got less than 1/2 of my order.. 1 side out of 3.. no apple pie, the box was ripped and barely together.. this is unacceptable! Also no one answered the phone when I called, I tried calling several times. I had to go out & buy food to feed my family lunch. This is the worst!

When i had entered, there was only about 3 employees. I had orders a 3 piece chicken, but they had told be it would take extra. I ordered a chicken sanwich with fries, but they had taken over 30 minutes to get it done! They finished the chicken sandwich and under 5 minute, but took 25 minutee to get the fries.The employees had also started working on someone elses order inbetween mine so it took even more time.Once they had given be my order, they had barely given me fries, the chicken sandwich was cold, and there was unmelted cheese on it. The fries where the only good part, as everything else was bland
