Food wasn’t bad. Margaritas were tasty. French fries were good and they gave half price draft because the CO2 was out and taking forever to pour. But wait staff and management do not understand how to split a check. Neither wait staff nor management could sort out the issue they were having. The remainder of the party I was with was charged appropriately some how. Issues started when they attempted to split the check unsuccessfully. Then they charged my card the entirety of a $420 tab. When I called to sort it out, I was told it was in the hands of my bank and after calling my bank, the issue in fact lies with the wait staff who handled the bill. I rarely complain, but passing blame and not taking accountability for a $420 mistake does not sit well. Now I am left to wait to dispute the charge if it isn’t somehow corrected on their end first.

Went here last night and had a terrible experience. Waited about five minutes just to be sat at our table. After waiting, we were finally seated, but they did not give us menus right away and had to wait another five minutes for those. We finally had a waiter come up to us and ask us if we needed menus. We order drinks which took another 10 minutes to come after we had ordered. The apps came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the food took almost 45 minutes to come out after we ordered. Food tasted okay, but hardly any fries were given and food looked rushed to be put together. I understand that it was a Saturday night when we went, but the slow service and rudeness of the servers and hostess was unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to people looking for a fun night out.

We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 hamburgers and 3 beers. Place was not crawdad. Food was delicious. Hamburgers made to order. Professional and nice service. Recommended.

The burger and beer were good, I felt the service was perfunctory. Adequate but nothing special. At one point the manager came by and asked if everything was OK and did we want any refills. We ordered another soda but it never came. Waitress cleared our table but never came back to check if we were ready for the check.

Haven't ate at P16 in years and mostly went to the NH one. This one is hit or miss. To our surprise when we got there us was happy hour. Cool! Not really.. They were out of a beer and out of Buffalo wings! Ok, no biggie, we got a substitute. I got my usual burger and was looking forward to the onion rings, they were out those too. I know times are different with supply chain issues but if you're out of something scratch it off the menu. Service was good, restaurant itself was clean.

Went for Dinner Saturday night with a guest. Had a really messy burger, but it tasted good. Main dining room was closed. Not very busy for a Saturday night.

Yummy apps and burgers! Had a white ale to wash it down! Servers are super friendly. Nice low-key indoor experience. Definitely try the buffalo cauliflower- its not a saucy mess its a delicious treat perfect texture and flavor! Oh oh and the mac n cheese is super!! Nom nom nom I will definitely come again?

The only thing this place has is nice staff. That's it... the place was really dingy. It felt damp and humid. No real A/C flowing. The burgers were completely flavorless. Definitely wasted time and money. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Just had take out and have no complaints! I had the New Yorker and it was cooked perfectly as I ordered, very tasty. My SO had the Honey Truffle Burger and he said it was delicious. Fries were perfectly salted, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Others in our party had the Goat Cheese little bites, pulled pork tacos, parmesan truffle fries...all tasty and no leftovers for anyone! Found 8 little brownie cupcakes in bag...nice surprise!! Will definitely be ordering again.

Food has always been fantastic. Love the place. BUT today i walked in and requested a booth for 2 people and was told that booths are reserved for 3-4 people. Meanwhile there was a couple sitting in a booth. While we were eating another couple was seated in a booth. I'm not sure what happened but i am disappointed. We've always been seated in a booth when requested but today was different.

We found this place randomly looking for something off the highway. For 3PM on a Saturday, there were people there but not too super busy that we would need to be concerned about a wait. Our meals were really delicious. The different lemonade flavors were super tasty, especially the ones that were out of the ordinary- prickly pear, wild berry, mango, etc. The famous chicken sandwich lived up to the hype and the sweet potato fries were on point as well. We definitely recommend this place and would go back if it was closer.

Not the first time I've been there. Tasty burgers. Now to have chicken sandwiches on the menu which I loved.

Had a great dinner, total of 3 people. We all left satisfied for sure. I had the new Haven hot chicken sandwich with tossed greens. It was a good sandwich. Worth every penny. The table split the cauliflower app and the mozzarella app. Both were excellent. The drink selection was really good too.

My wife and I traveled a little under an hour to visit the escape room right down the street and decided to visit here based off of the pictures we seen on Google. I know not to judge a book by its cover but the food here looked so good that my inner fat curiosity started taking over. After reviewing the menu for about ten minutes we decided on the new haven hot chicken sandwich and a couple appetizers. The appetizers were extremely small portioned but tasted great and were plated very nice. The new haven hot (sriracha honey) chicken sandwich unfortunately came out flat, dry and cold. The waitress came over immediately and asked how it was, I usually hold back and say its fine then my wife has to here me complain about it for an hour but I decided this time to let the waitress know how I felt. She quickly responded with “let me bring another one out for you we want to make sure you are happy with the experience” through her professionalism and great customer service I felt a slight glimmer of hope, unfortunately the second chicken sandwich she brought out (under three minutes) was just as cold and dry. I wouldn’t say it was the worst chicken sandwich I’ve had but it was close. The chicken was screaming to me “I was cooked yesterday” and they used Buffalo and honey instead of sriracha and honey. I wasn’t expecting the pictures I seen online but I was hoping for something close. Only giving it two stars for the customer service and the taste of the appetizers.
