I recently tried the sandwich and a burger from Quiznos and it was an absolute delight! The first thing that stood out was the freshness of the ingredients. The bun was soft and perfectly toasted, providing a great foundation for the rest of the sandwich.
The patty was juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection with a nice char on the outside. The toppings were generous and fresh; crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and pickles added a nice crunch. Got sick here, probably because of the cross contamination (they weigh the deli meat for each sandwich using the same cup each time). They also charge for extra toppings. Will not be returning.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Once you try it you will always come back.
Pay attention to what you’re being charged and ask questions. This isn’t subway or jersey mikes, apparently toppings other than lettuce and tomato cost money-absolute nonsense. I have been coming here for 2 years and it was ruined in 1 visit over poor service and communication. I get the same exact same thing every time and I know that it’s about $12. Today I was charged over $15 because apparently “extra toppings” cost more. If that’s the case, they should notify of the charge prior to putting $3 peppers on my sandwich. They wouldn’t take accountability for the fact that I have never once been charged for these additional toppings (I confirmed previous charges on my card)—and I’m always cashed out by who seems to be the owner, the same man who was now putting culpability on me for “sometimes you might put extra without noticing it”. I will not be returning over such a stupid thing that they could have rectified with an apology and acknowledgment of the inconsistency.

The service was awful! The owners were very rude, and gave me a hard time about using the company’s app to order my food! The girl or daughter of the owners told me we are not accepting any coupons or discounts at this time and I was like ok but I am going to still order my food through the Quiznos app. So I did just that in which I had a free sandwich in rewards due to me at that time so I applied it to my order and once they received the order she once again became adamant about how they don’t accept any coupons or discounts! She says we will accept it this time but now that you know we will not accept it again. I then said how is that possible when your store is on the app and you are a franchise so it makes no sense that I can’t use this app to get my points or rewards! She then says we’ll you can order on their all you want but we will not be accepting any discounts! The owner or mother then jumps in and says oh all our regular customers don’t use that they know to use the app! I was so pissed off with their attitude telling me I can’t use the company app for my personal use unbelievable! They also basically told me they don’t use the app services because of money they don’t want to give anything away for free! Pure greediness on these peoples part. I reported them to the corporate headquarters and they are now looking into them to see why they are not using the app services that they are supposed to be using! This store feels they can get away with stuff because they are the only Quiznos branch in Connecticut well we will see how much longer they will get away with the nonsense. My feeling is not for much longer especially if others complain like I have.

I haven't had a Quiznos since I was at Camp Humphreys in Korea. They used to have some establishments in Alabama but it's my understanding Subway sued them. I say that to say CT is very lucky to be blessed with Quiznos. They are truly a cut above Subway. The food and service here was amazing. The portions were more than plentiful. The price is more than Subway but I promise it is so worth it! The only complaint is the inside is a bit too small to dine in at.
I died in a Quiznos in Piscataway, New Jersey in 2010. Considering these franchises are similarly sized. I can firmly attest the bathrooms are spacious.

I always feel at home when I visit this specific location. I've been going for years and the family that owns this establishment is very consistent with how they treat their customers. I love the welcoming environment and that makes the food so much better.
