The lady who attended to us was very sweet, nice, and appreciative. We didn't go in to try the bakery goods since the children just wanted ice cream. We got soft serve ice cream. I can't give a fair rating on the food since we didn't try their bakery goods. But I will say one thing what they had on display looked delicious and we plan to return to try it.

Yesterday, my brother and I visited and spent $71 on Baklava. We noticed that one of the staff members had visibly unclean hands, which was very concerning. After we left the shop, we used a water bottle outside to wash our hands. While we were doing that, the owner (sitting in a red car and wearing a green shirt) aggressively honked at us and questioned what we were doing. This unprovoked and confrontational behavior was completely inappropriate. To make things worse, the quality of the Baklava was extremely disappointing, not worth the price at all. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.

Stopped here for the first time staff was amazingly nice. They explained everything in the case and were very helpful with great suggestions. I purchased a selection of pastries some of which I'd never tried before. They were all delicious and very well made. Everything was super tasty I'm very glad I happened to stop here Will definitely come here again

Each treat I tried was amazing. They were fresh and crisp. The coffee had a smooth flavorful. We plan to go back for the Serpme Kahvalti / Turkish Mix Breakfast. If I explained what it was, I would be doing it absolutely no justice. You need to visit! Breakfast, Mid day snack, or evening coffee with dessert. Yes, there is soft serve, toppings, and great milk shakes!! Thank you Saray Bakery, we will see you soon!!!!

One of the BEST bakeries in the entire Connecticut. They not only are the MOST CREATIVE; but they will customize your CREATIVITY with theirs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ❤️

The cake was disgusting, and the service was horrible. They ignored me. I waited because the cakes looked very good and interesting. They got my order wrong. I asked for two cake and even hand motioned for two cakes, and when i got home, i realized she only gave me one. I waited for 20 minutes as they looked at me and walked away until finally someone asked if i needed help. There were no other customers in line at the time, which made it more insulting. I was excited to try the cake. I sat down and took a bite, and it tasted like soap. This place was a big disappointment.
