Very impressed - great sushi and other food as well. Excellent presentation, good portions and value. Will be going back!

The food was amazing. Ambiance was a bit different but no big deal. Service was good, but not great but I dine fast so I don't take that in to consideration. Prices were good if not just a bit lower than surrounding restaurants. Overall I'll definitely go back. Easy 4 stars.

Like John Wick with amazing food. The hot sake is real good if you can't tell by reading this. Tuna pizza is stupid good.

I was looking forward to trying this place having seen all the positive reviews. So on Friday night I ordered some food to go. I'm still paying for it now because around noon on Saturday I came down with what can only be described as food poisoning. Going onto day 4 now of cramps and if these symptoms don't go away soon I'm probably going to have and go to the hospital. Other than that I found it to be extremely salty for the non-threat items (Negimaki and sauteed mushrooms). Needless to say I won't be coming back or ordering from them again. Seven days of pain now, going to the hospital if it doesn't subside tomorrow. I have no clue what these asshats did. But it's the sickest I've ever been.

This is literally the first time I've ever felt strongly enough about a restaurant to bother leaving a review, but I was pretty blown away by Sayori!! To start, the restaurant itself is pretty prestine, it looked clean and immaculate and well taken care of, despite being pretty busy and full of people. I loved the atmosphere, the big open space felt cozy with the dark colors and flowers, and the big blue ocean projection was such a a fun thing that just really set the tone for a unique and funky but classy experience. The service was excellent, and although it seemed like the wait staff was still getting the hang of things, it wasn't in any way to our detriment as the customers. If anything, they made their help available MORE often than necessary, it was more like they were still figuring out how to work alongside each other, but they already all knew how to interact with the diners, and they're still a pretty new restaurant at the time of writing this review, so I think they're doing great! The food. OH MY GOD, the food. We started with the duck wraps, and they were excellent, and we finished with the red bean mochi ice cream, which was also amazing, but what I want to talk about is the sushi. I was blown away. They were so unique, and complex, and beautifully presented. There were layers of flavor that I don't remember ever experiencing before, the way the flavors hit you one by one was amazing, and they worked so well together.Like, every sushi place has their special house rolls, but they're pretty much always the same things, just with different names, or the same things but with a different kind of roe or something. But the sushi rolls here at Sayori were SO unique. They used unique combinations of things, and they utilize really unique ingredients to do it. Things like truffle, fried banana, mango cream sauce, black pepper puree.... It was incredible. They were unexpected ingredients for sushi, but they worked so well, and they didn't feel out of place. It was cohesive and complex and delicious.I also appreciated that the menu wasn't too long. It had pretty great breadth of options, but it wasn't like overwhelming and overloaded with too many choices. They managed to make it cover a broad spectrum of tastes while keeping it concise. So it really felt like they were making the effort to execute their menu with incredible expertise, rather than trying to adequately make a bunch of things. Quality over quantity, basically.Overall, I was just blown away. I will definitely be back, and cannot recommend this enough. Definitely check this place out!!P.S.- prices are also great for what you get!!

Excellent. Better than the high end sushi place I went to on the strip in Las Vegas. Tons of flavors and sleek modern ambiance. My kids loved the big projector with the sea creatures floating by our table.

Why do you try to force a 20 percent tip for takeout??I need to tip your employees for doing their job? Isn't that what the food charge is for? Change your online checkout. I find it offensive. If you think they need more money for making my food, you should pay them more. It's your responsibility not your customers. Bad decision!

Went here for a date night dinner and absolutely loved it. We've been to a few sushi restaurants through the years and honestly, most sushi restaurants have similar 'special rolls' on their menu that all start to taste the same from one restaurant to the next. Dragon rolls, spider rolls, rainbow rolls-- you know the deal. We were delightfully surprised to see that Sayori does not limit themselves to just the safe, well trodden paths of other sushi restaurants. We ordered the Out of Control, Blue Fin Tuna, and Autumn in CT rolls, which paired and utilized unique ingredients with more familiar to make some really amazing flavors that were not just novel, but delicious. We also ordered the Duck Wrap as an appetizer, which came with a nice 6 pieces—perfect for two people to split. The Duck Wrap was fantastic. If you're a fan of Pekin Duck, you'll likely appreciate this presentation and the flavors they put together.Overall, we found the food we got to be executed really well, the ambiance to be delightful and modern (giant projectors showing space whales), the menu to really thread the needle of familiar with safe options while branching out into some really novel and unique options to explore, and staff to be friendly and attentive—all for just shy of $100 (that's an appetizer, drink, 3 special rolls, 2 hand rolls, and dessert). We'll definitely be going back!

I was blown away with the quality of the sushi at Sayori. I had the kani salad, coconut shrimp roll & spicy crunchy scallop roll. All were impeccable in taste & presentation. This is sushi as it should be & worth every penny. I had all of that for about $35, very fairly priced. I will be back! Thank you for your delicious food.

Great place for large groups! Stopped by this after seeing their grand opening sign. Seated immediately. My friend and I got the sushi and sashimi for 2 ($63)! relatively cheap for the amount and quality it was. It came with 10 pieces of premium sushi, 18 pcs of premium sushi, and 1 signature roll. Fish was okay! The ginger was not the best, definitely not fresh. Service was poor. It was difficult trying to get the waitress' attention even though it was not busy.

Sayori just opened and after my first visit, I'm a fan. We tried: Hot Sake Miso Soup Beef Negimaki Kani Salad Out of Control Roll Fire & Ice Roll (my favorite one bc it was so interesting ) Blue Fin Tuna Truffle Roll Fried Oreos (have matcha in the dough which is a super fun twist!) Fried Bananas They have something for everyone, it's a super fun vibe with an actual bar with plenty of seating, and the service was very attentive! Definitely would go back!

So you walk in and it has a modern vibeIt’s pricey but the sushi is goodService mediocre - for these prices reaching over me and my plate twice to serve drinks. ( don’t be lazy , just walk around the table)The bus person pushes a cart full of dirty dishes around the restaurant past us while eating. I really don’t want to see or hear that. We were near the kitchen so it was the whole time we were eating. Not what I would expect at a restaurant that is giving the vibe as higher end.My waitress forgot one of my rolls (honest mistake) as I saw here take it to another table. Asked her respectfully to take it off the bill and she did without an issue. A positive. We did not complain at all during the meal and we were respectful to our waitress. Not sure they were ready to handle the volume. If you train the staff how to serve the food and drinks properly and get rid of the bus cart it will make a big difference.
