I'll go past other Asian restaurants to come here! The food is always fresh and tasty!I've only ever gotten takeout, so I can't comment on table service.

Food was fresh and great! Definitely one of the best I’ve had around here! Currently only takeout but I heard you’ll be able to dine-in this September. Will be going again thanks for the amazing food!

This place has freshest and tastiest Chinese consistently. Wings are NOT old and dry and their dishes are not drenched in oil salt like many others. My favorite Singapore Rice Noodle has savory curry flavor and "wok hei". Its not just ingredients mixed together in a bowl, it's high fire stir fry. Identifying wok hei is like real smoked BBQ vs liquid smoke flavoring. ?️

Overpriced and nothing special. You can find food like this at any Asian restaurant and if you want REALLY Chinese food go up the road to China Pavillion.

We ordered the food on a Saturday at dinner time and it tasted like leftovers from lunch. There has been no dine in since Covid and they jacked the prices up and the quality went down, typical!

First time trying Shanghai Gourmet. Food was tasty but more importantly healthy and fresh, not salty or greasy. We tried the chicken fried rice; vegetable fried rice (it does have egg in it unless specified to exclude); fried dumplings (meat); fried vegetable dumplings; and general tso's chicken (mild spiciness). A little pricey but worth it. Will order from here again for sure! Definitely recommend

I have been a customer here for several years. The past few orders, however, have been disappointing because of fewer fresh vegetables and too much goopy salty sauce on several dishes. I especially note that the tofu vegetable soup I ordered last night had only a few vegetables, though the broth is tasty. I probably won't order for there again.

Shanghai Gourmet - Orange has a pretty extensive menu for a "temporarily, takeout only" Chinese restaurant. Our takeout experiences have been generally good & their portions are generous. Grilled or wok cooked shrimp dishes in particular serve up large & tasty shrimp. As with many Chinese restaurants these days the egg rolls are underwhelming & the hot & sour soup more gelatinous greasy broth than anything else. What can be special at Shanghai - Gourmet is their occasional offering of authentic asian vegetables like baby bok-choy & Chinese spinach. Remind them not to make their Szechwan stir frys sweet & you may prefer the results.
