The service was very friendly, fast moving- however I ordered an iced latte and it was very warm, so I reduced it to 4 stars.

I ordered a medium drink mind you this PICTURE is medium and light ice. Cause like why the heck are the sizes so small and expensive for like no drink. Anyway very mad cause I ordered LIGHT ice in a MEDIUM cup and barely got 3 sips out of it. DIE. Starbucks. Thank you.😊

Service very poor - took 7 minutes to get 3 drinks at drive through; not busy. The workers were running around giggling with one another instead of completing orders. Wouldn’t come back.
Unfortunately, I had to give one star because zero was not an option. I waited 20 minutes for a cake pop and a drink with no one else in the store. I get my cake pop and it falls on the floor and I asked for another one and they made me pay for it. I then get my drink. I ordered a Trenta and I got a tall. I then asked for a Trenta and they make it wrong again. Please send a me a gift card.
