I ordered through the app and arrived about 15 minutes later, but still had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink. It also wasn’t a busy time, which made the wait more frustrating. On top of that, I ordered it warm and received it hot. Not a great experience, especially when ordering ahead is supposed to save time.

We ordered 3 drinks during this visit. One drink used to be in the menu but was recently discontinued. The counter person was very kind and was able to recreate the discontinued drink for us and it came out perfect. Service was quick and all drinks were correct and tasted great. I would definitely visit this location again.

Was told it would be a 12-15 min wait for a cheese Danish I was 1 of 2 people inside. That's ridiculous its not understaffed either so im assuming the employees are straight trash. Do yourself a favor don't come here.

I ordered a medium drink mind you this PICTURE is medium and light ice. Cause like why the heck are the sizes so small and expensive for like no drink. Anyway very mad cause I ordered LIGHT ice in a MEDIUM cup and barely got 3 sips out of it. DIE. Starbucks. Thank you.😊
