Sadly, I stood at the counter for a few minutes and never ordered anything. There were three workers present at the time. They had pickup orders they were tacking care of, but they never even acknowledged I was standing there. I haven't seen worse service, so I guess that's an accomplishment.It's doubtful I'll be shopping for a coffee shop in this area again, but it's certain that I'll go out of my way to not end up back at this one.

The service is so slow here! Even with pre order you will wait up to a half hour for your drink. There have been times when the cars lined up around the store into the parking lot were served quicker than those that pre ordered. The staff seems like they’re working as fast as they can but they are so disorganized, and rearrange drink orders so they aren’t necessarily making the next drink order that was placed.The management and organization of this store needs a lot of help

Ever since their renovation it is a debacle and a nightmare. Online ordering estimated 10-15 minutes, arrive at 15 minutes after order placed, ANOTHER 30, yes THIRTY minutes to wait, making it a 45 minute wait for a drink. And this isn't the first time but the third. Three chances now and I just can't anymore.

I wish I had time to turn around and get a refund but I was several sips into my pink drink before realizing part of someone's gum wrapper was at the bottom. So disgusting....I'll be reaching out to corporate as well about this. (Also, yes it was this separated when I got it)
