I went to subway last Friday April 5th to order a footling sub..I ordered a tuna sub because that is what the manager told me last time with using the coupon there are certain sandwiches I can order ..so I go in on Friday and the girl makes my sandwich I presented the coupon, and she told me we don't accept coupon for this particular sandwich..I was befuddled because I was told last time that I can use the coupon only for a tuna or meatball sub. I left and i didn't care if the sandwich would either go to waste or she'd eat it...So I guess it depends on the day and who's working everyone there is not on the same pageOne day they will accept the coupon, the next day they won't it's ridiculous ?

Decided to give subway a chance when I found a coupon in the cabinet. Was happy to see this subway accepted these as some don’t. After I ordered my food I was made aware the “OWNER” has special restrictions with coupons and that my sandwich’s weren’t valid. This was not mentioned anywhere in shop, not mentioned on coupons, nor did they tell it to me until after when I was getting ready to pay. “OWNER” rather I’d not pay for food and leave empty handed then to give me the discount with the coupon as he made up special rules for them. Terrible branch and terrible franchise now.

I tried to use two coupons but the manager said no. I asked him why because at any location elsewhere you could use two coupons or more. He was rude to me and I would recommend going somewhere else.

Very clean and nice lounge area. Girls are very patient and detailed service.One star less: Ordered in Subway app, and status show Ready, but doesn't show up in their system.

Very nice subway and the employee or decent but they don't change their gloves. The manager has been notified but i see no change. Grosses me out!!! I'm sorry I will not return.

They just used coupons whit cheap ones, subway send me every month, been doing for more than 10 years and the coupon said footlong any footlong so they scam people, if you starved and no choice… come to this place if not …. Just stay away

1st time going to this Subway location since many Subways in my area closed. Previously went to different Subway closer to my home & wasn't satisfied with quality freshness of toppings, speed & friendliness of staff. At this location immediately upon entering we were greeted by staff & management, even as they were finishing up with current customers. Restaurant is modern, EXTREMELY clean had plenty of available seating along with a small sitting area with couchs, chair & television. Subs meats & toppings were fresh & generously applied. The young lady who prepared our Subs was friendly, efficient & made the most beautiful delicious Subs. This location has a drive thru along with a extensive menu of breakfast foods, subs, pizza, cookies etc..

If I could give zero stars I would, the customer service here from the MANAGERS is horrible. I came in with a coupon and the worker that was serving me was great, she was willing to take the coupon. Upon hearing that I had a coupon the manager came up and told me he would take it this time but the coupons are for cold sandwiches only. I read the fine print on the coupons I had and they don’t say cold sandwiches only as well as the coupon has pictures of both hot and cold sandwiches. The manager then proceeds to check what kind of sandwich I had because he wanted to charge me for every last thing due to me having a coupon. I wasn’t looking to get anything free. I will never spend my money at this location again.

I never seen the drive -through open for years. It’s open now! It’s under new management. A family bought it. Lots of people working now and customer service is better. I recommend this place 100%.

I placed an order online to be picked up at this location. When I got there the lady who claimed she was manager told me that they didn’t have the order in the system. I showed her my confirmation number and she verified that it was the correct store. She then told me that she wasn’t going to make my sandwich because they didn’t receive the payment. I showed her again where it stated the order was confirmed, paid for, and was ready to be picked up. She then call the owner of the store who told her not to make my sandwich. I never felt so racially profiled in my entire life. I had asked her if she can just make me the sandwich even tho it was showing in the system and she refused. I will be in contact with corporate because how are you the manager of the store and refuse to serve a guest who CLEARLY PAID for their food. I will never step foot in this location ever again. Not to mention about two hours later I received an email stating my order was canceled so how come it wasn’t in the system but somehow it got canceled after I received confirmation it was received and ready to be picked up? Worst customer service ever.

Who doesn’t love a subway with a drive through? That it self should receive 5 stars! But the staff is so nice and the food is always fresh. I prefer this subway over the others in the area.

Figured I’d give this subway a try. Thought I’d make a few points on how service was terrible. You pull up to the drive thru to make an order and the microphone is busted so they have you call in…no big deal. But I waited on the phone for 5 minutes. Guy takes my order and I proceed to wait for 25 minutes for a pretty simple sandwich. No explanation, no apology. I park in the parking lot to eat and the sandwich wasn’t even hot. Worst subway I’ve been to, considering it’s a chain I didn’t think one could differ so much from the other. Will never go back.
