We figured we’d give a shot again after past times. Barely any customer service, when theres barely customers. Everyone was just in back until they saw someone waiting in front forever. Server didn’t even come to check up on us and see if we wanted anything else. That roof needs some work too. I was sitting under it and I don’t know if it was moldy or just old chipped paint.

July 5, 2024. The hostess was very friendly as was the wait staff and servers. Our order came out in a timely fashion and was prepared the way we requested. The food was very good! The manager Christine also stopped and asked our table how everything was, we found her to be very personable and friendly!

Came in and asked for sitting for a party of 12 was told manager would have to be asked, okay cool now we seated and food took over an hour to come out and was room temp I ordered crispy tenders with whiskey glaze added and was told it was fine, now more guest ended up arriving and the waitress says they didn’t make the crispy tenders with whiskey glaze out loud because the CHEAP ones don’t come like that !? it was okay when i ordered it though definitely could have said in a polite way or not take my order if thats the case. Ordered a Dr Pepper and got a coke as a refill, asked for the dessert order to be prepared to go and they acted as if because I'm leaving i wasn’t paying we didn't get the to go item until she asked how we were paying the bill, mind you the bill wasn’t even sent to the table yet i was leaving earlier than other guest.

I ordered Wow Bao through them and didn’t have a very pleasant experience although that is not TGI Fridays fault. The manager tried to fix my issues as soon as he could and finally was able to remake my order. The male server who I spoke to was very unprofessional and didn’t seem like he was trained properly with handling customer rapport and interactions. I had to pull aside a server twice after to check on my order and when I pulled him aside a second time he immediately says he doesn’t know he can’t do anything about it and walked away
