Absolutely bottom of the barrel location. I ordered a chicken sandwich. When I got home there was no chicken to be found just a top and bottom bun. How the hell do you forget the chicken on a CHICKEN SANDWICH???!!! I ordered a root beer and they gave me a coke. I dont understand how it is that hard it is for them to fulfill orders properly. Rude and absolutely incompetent staff as well. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere.

We picked up a order on drive thru 03/11/2025
They gave us our order with two Sandwiches with completely Raw chicken
When I contacted general Manager
She told me it was my 14 years old fault for eating it
I only ate a bite of mine but he fully ate it and didn’t realize trusting Wendy’s as any other visit
When is complete negligence from that store for not doing their Job and fallowing food safety.
My kid been sick since that evening till now
And haven’t gotten any answer from Corp or anyone to take liability for my kids health.

Placed an order through the drive-through and when I went to pay, my total seemed a little off, so I asked at the window for a copy of my receipt so I can see what my order was immediately the kid had an attitude after looking at the receipt shows that my order was wrong up wrong. I’m missing Three orders and something else was added that I didn’t even ask for. I reiterated my order which I had to pay more for since he didn’t initially charge me for them, which wasn’t the issue, but as they’re handing me the food there now handing me less food than what I paid for when I asked for the additional food that I ordered that was an issue I’m now back at home. At this point, I’ve spent 10 minutes in the drive-through so I just need to head home at this point and of course as soon as I start to distribute the food, the order is wrong and there’s no receipt in the bag. Tried calling multiple times and the line just stays busy.

My family and I ordered a 2 for 7, a spicy chicken sandwich and used a coupon for free fries. We went home and found out they missed the fries and spicy chicken sandwich. We went back and the employees were rude wasted our time and didn’t even give us our fries

I ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich combo and a second individual spicy chicken sandwich. The large fry container was only half full. I called corporate to resolve the matter but since I don’t have an account on the app the customer service person could not give me a credit. I won’t be going to Wendy’s anymore. They’re losing a frequent customer. The food could have been a mistake but the customer service was atrocious.

It takes forever to make the order, and we did order 4 burgers and got 3. Then they just went to make other orders first, and every time I tried to talk to the waiter, they just ignored me and walked away until it took 20 minutes for the last burger and 3 other burgers just got cold.

Parking: There is plenty of parking with easy entry and exiting for the parking lot. Visitors can enter and exit on the post road which is busy traffic or they mcan enter and exit from a back entrance which allows them to go on a side street with a traffic light at the junction of the side street and post road. This much safer and easier to exit.
Kid-friendliness: Available easily to all age groups. There are a couple of walk-in entrances with sit-down eating. Drive-thru is readily available and more popular so children never leave the car and it's very convenient with children.
Wheelchair accessibility: I think the entrances to the inside seating are wide enough for accessibility of a wheelchair. There is plenty of space for seating inside so there would be room for a wheelchair as well.

Needs cleaning

I came here on at 12:30 am and it was no line but they gave me a wrap in a paper that wasnt closed and it fell all out in the bag. This was after rudely telling me they dont do the grilled chicken sandwich anymore
