Place was very clean, people were very pleasant, can easily see into the area where they are making the pizzas.
I stopped here randomly on the way to a friends house, figured i'd pick up a pizza. I'm not from there area, and this just happened to be the closes place to me at the moment.
I was starving driving this pizza the 30 mins to my destination. Had to crack it open and eat a slice on the way. The slice stood up perfectly on it's own. Thin crust, cooked well. No floppy slice making a mess.

I live in West Haven & would go all the way to Michaelangelo's on rte34/Forrest Rd. I have finally found my Pizza place in West Haven!! It's so good it never makes it all the way home without a slice or 2 eaten!! Absolutely delicious!!

Plenty of tables, and you prepay. They have slices, stuffed breads and lots of salads . Foxon park soda . We had the bacon bourbon chicken pizza . It was very good.

My order was a large pepperoni pizza paired with penne alla vodka sauce and hot honey, and it was absolutely phenomenal—definitely a 10/10! Always great customer service as well.

I had heard that the pizza was very good so I decided to try it and upon arrival I was greeted with a slice of the clams casino pizza from the owner and it was delicious I ordered a white garlic and meatball and a regular mozzarella with pepperoni both were delicious,crispy thin crust and loaded with pepperoni, somewhere between a New Haven style and a New York style pizza, also spoke with a guy who came up from Ansonia who had gotten a sub from there and said it was so good he came back to get another, the owner made a good impression on me and I will definitely be going back to try some of the other things on the menu, they also have catering and with some of the events and holidays I have coming soon this may be just the place I’m going to need….nice job guys

love the food here but recently became aware of a "sur charge" they add for using a credit or debit card. I think this should be posted up front so people know about it. I'll be using cash from now on. I don't usually request my receipt so I didn't realize this was an added charge.

I am never disappointed when I visit We're Back. The customer service and hospitality is superb and the food is equally as good. They have a very lovely young lady working the register. I wish I remembered her name, but for the purpose of this review we'll call her the girl with the piercings. The girl with the piercings was so attentive and sweet my girls loved her. Thanks for the sugar knots!!!
BTW. The chicken Alfredo and the granny pizza were delicious. My kids devoured it!!!!
