This place truly lives up to the glowing Google reviews that initially drew us in. The service is warm and welcoming, the decor contemporary, and while the menu is traditional, it features authentic dishes that are flawlessly executed, delivering rich and deeply satisfying flavors. The fresh spring rolls are consistently delightful, but the standout was unquestionably the massaman curry with tofu—it was outstanding, with a complexity of ingredients that tantalize the taste buds. A heads-up about the Thai Iced Tea: the large one is unexpectedly substantial! Although I was hoping to find distinctive traditional Lao dishes, the menu seemed to mirror many Thai restaurants. Nevertheless, this did not detract from the overall excellent dining experience in such a pleasing setting.

It was my first time here and I was looking for a nice quiet place with great food. They delivered.
1. Great food. I know I had a simple meal but the sticky rice was phenomenal, the soup was super flavorful, and the crab Rangoon were STUFFED with filling. You can see it popping out the wrapper.
2. The service was amazing. The waitress was kind and attentive. The food came out quickly and piping hot.
3. The ambiance was relaxing. The traditional decor brought me to another place and it felt cozy with the warm lighting, real plants on the table.

Highly recommend!

I gave it 2 stars because the service was good we ordered pho, yum nurr, and wings the wings most of it came raw, the yum nurr I wanted it none spicy which came spicy and the pho only tasted most like ginger most likely I won't come back here. The waitress was really good, though.

Incredible food and service! Great selection of both Thai and Lao dishes. The Nam Khao pictured features wonderfully crispy rice with fragrant cilantro and peanuts mixed with pork in a sweet and tangy sauce. Highly recommend!

The food is pretty good and authentic. Wide array of options that you can’t find in Ct. Clean and tidy establishment. Nice presentation of the food. Love that they have sauces at the table like pepper flakes, chili oil and fish sauce just to name a few. I’ve had the pho, papaya salad, and larb. Love that they have a Laos or Thai style option of the papaya salad. The waitress is also the hostess and she is very sweet and attentive. The only criticism I have is I asked them to not put sugar in the food but it came out sweeter than my liking. I prefer more spicy and sour. But I still give them 9/10 and I would definitely recommend and I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu 😊

I would give this place zero stars if I could, the pho Is tasteless, I had one sip of the broth and the owner told me that I couldn’t take it off my bill, “why did I order it?” is what she asked me… I love pho, and it being my first time there, I was recommended by a friend to try it. I didn’t expect to be talked down to and berated all because I didn’t like something they made. But to be fair, the waitress Phetasamai has great service!

The manager at the Orange location was rude and confrontational when called to discuss an item to be removed off of my bill. I can only say that the service from the waitress was great.
