Every time I go to this dunkin I get easy in and out parking drive through is never backed up so traffic flows and parking is always available I visit this dunkin at least 2 to 4 times a week walking in I feel welcome and ready to take my order food is made fast and hot and presentable I feel important and it's genuine from each worker. It's the one bright spot to my day

Tried to go through the drive-thru tonight (12/21) and it was closed and the door was locked. Lights were on and employees in there. Online it says open until 11PM (it was 950PM) on the door says 10PM. I normally wouldn’t go that late or that close to closing (I thought it closed at 11 though because it says that online) but had no choice tonight and it was the closest one that’s open late.

Everytime I come here I ALWAYS get the BEST drinks, food, etc. The customer service is also always 10/10. They’re also sooo good on the ice portions in your drinks, it’s always the perfect amount. Today I came in asking if I could switch out the coffee in the $6 meal deal with a refresher and they said no, so i just ordered a bacon egg and cheese and a refresher. When i got home, I realized they left me an order of hash browns!!!!!! Small things like that really do mean a lot, so thank you for making my day❤️! I live about 10 minutes away and still drive here when i want dunkin, so that should tell you something about them! Keep being good people, it makes a difference!

BEST DUNKIN EVER! From the manager, Gabby, to all of the staff - especially Kiran! - they are SO friendly. Most importantly they are consistent with their coffee. Never a bad coffee or different color/taste no matter the day or time of visit. They are a well oiled machine. Added plus the storefront is always clean and decorated very cute for the seasons/holidays. I will purposely pass other Dunkin’s to come to this one, you should too.

Probably one of if not the best Dunkin Donuts locations in the state. The expeditious and cordial service put to shame the vast majority of Dunkin’s in CT and they should be ashamed to share the same name as this place
