I tried Haven Hot Chicken for the first time today, ordered a Tendie Duo Combo Mild. I tried all three sauces and by far the sweet sauce is my favorite; completely changed the game for me when it comes to chicken and tenders at that! The tenders are just about 3oz a piece so juicy & crispy with the right amount of spice. But if you like them hot they have that option too! I’m only giving this restaurant five stars based on the food because the woman working the register at 2:30 11/23 not only had an attitude and didn’t seem to want to be here clearly. She also rigorously wiped her nose and didn’t wash her hands.
This was my first time going here and I drove over a half hour to get here due to a trusted recommendation. I am happy to say it was well worth the drive. Although I did take the food to go, it did look very clean inside and the employees were helpful for the time I was there. The food was delicious. Definitely recommend the chicken and waffles.
