I ordered four giant subs for four people helping me move, using grub hub pickup option. The four went in and were denied the subs because I forgot to give the code number. They knew my name, that it was grub hub and exactly what was in each sub, since they were the consumer, yet they were sent away hungry.
They came back, got me, we returned now easily 30 late for the original order time. I walk in alone, say hi and I’m here for pickup. They ask my name, I say It and the woman says “I knew it”.
You see they told the four adults, a young woman three minority young men helping someone in need of support, that they got a lot of theft. So Jersey Mike’s does that deem profiling & discrimination justified?
One Caucasian woman, 30 min late with no clue about the sandwich details seemed a more plausible consumer of four giant subs than three giant young men and a small young woman who made the order because it’s theirs? No effort was made to try and work it through.
No excuse for this ignorance. THEY were your customer. THEY chose you.
What is sad is, is that these young men warned me it would happen since it did at another Jersey Mikes a couple weeks ago when their mom order for them. I didn’t think it could happen in Oxford.
When I called it out, they didn’t apologize once, only defended themselves. It leads me to believe this is Mike’s Way.
Good riddance Jersey Mikes. I’ll miss your subs but not your values.
P.S. Two of the subs were make wrong.

Horrible, incompetent workers. I placed an online order that had lettuce and mayo on it. I specified an onion allergy on the order to avoid any chance of contamination. They loaded the sandwich with onions. What is wrong with your workers?

Couldn’t even order bc they were too busy talking about their weekend plans. Completely unprofessional and one kid sneezed on his hands, brushed it on apron n continued on his day. Disgusting!

Cassie and John are wonderful. Everytime we go in they are so kind and ensure our order is correct. When brining my kids who all want very specific things they always double check to make sure they got it. I've never been disappointed coming to this location. Great job team.

Very negative experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. The person who took my order accidentally wrote the wrong thing on my ticket as I wanted extra meat, where she put extra pickles by mistake, and when I got my sandwich and realized this, the person on the grill started to freak out and cause a commotion regarding the sandwich being made wrong. Both being frustrated with myself and the person on the cash register. Very unprofessional. Additionally, the inside of this location feels dated and neglected even though it only opened a short while ago. I would recommend anyone reading this to instead go to the Derby location. Much friendlier there and much nicer.
Additionally, after my food was remade it was still made with pickles, which I did not want. Very frustrating experience.

I just left Jersey Mikes and they were in the middle of an extremely busy lunch rush. I overheard them saying that one of their employees walked off in the middle of the rush and they were scrambling to put in both in store orders and mobile orders that kept popping up. 2 customers were being VERY rude, one lady saying "I need my order within 5 minutes, this is ridiculous" and another DoorDash driver giving them grief about the wait times even though it was out of their control.When the Doordash driver got his order, he snatched the bag from the employee and stormed out the door. All employees were being very calm in the face of verbal abuse and were working diligently to put out orders , not once returning a remark or instigating anything with the customers. I commend them for their patience, I left a $20 tip and my food was delicious. I think management should look into this incident and bar the 2 nasty customers from the premises since they don't know how to properly address your employees or withhold their temper tantrums over deli subs LOL. Keep up the good work guys.
