Price is way too high for deli sandwich spot. Food is great but prices I'm sure is what keep some people from going back multiple times during a week or so. I get lunch from my office during the week and Nordellis is in the same boat as Five Guys for me, great food but prices cant justify me going often so maybe 1 or twice a month. Then the remainder of the month I'm going to all the other places around them where the food is also good but the prices are more reasonable to work with.

Ive been to this location before it was always Awsome. I went tonight after a lo g hard day at work.Bought 2 grinders for me and my son.spent 30.00.And IT WAS AWFUL...The bread was stale. the turkey was definitely old The vegetables were absolutely terrible. I threw my sandwich away.my sobs sand was just as bad.asked fir the veggie mix and lettuce and tomatoes. Came home the was absolutely no vegetables on it and maybe a spoon of the mix..This was so disappointing ..And such a wast of money (that i shouldn't have spent to begin with!) Id like to speak with a manager and get my money back !!

This location hasn’t been the best in the past but it seems like things have taken a dramatic turn for the best. Food was subpar at times but the staff is 100/10. So friendly. Willing to explain things to you. Willing to make modifications to support all diets and lifestyles. Super friendly, not judgmental. Started going again after years of avoiding, to support them post flood. Surprised to see they have vegan/vegetarian items now. I’m not exclusively vegan but staff was knowledgeable to let me know what was vegan and what wasn’t in case I need to know. That takes a lot of care and effort. I’d support this place just to keep the staff employed. They are 100/10 and much appreciated.

Ordered the chicken salad which was a simple mix of chicken breast, mayo and salt. If you want more flavor, get all the toppings. I ate the huge grinder for dinner and the other half for lunch.

Always loved Nardelli's! Tried my first one here in the Valley! Ordered a tuna salad sandwich ? and it was delicious ? Only disappointed in the fact that I asked for extra cheese also and when I got home I found no cheese in my sandwich ?
I ordered through door dash, and when my dasher arrived ti pick up my order, she was told some guy already picked it up. That's kind of hard to believe though because as a door dash customer, we see what dasher was assigned to us and there was never a male assigned, only the girl who went to pick it up. She asked them to remake it, and they told her no (I was on the phone with her and heard them tell her this) A few minutes later I called and requested to speak to a manager, and the girl told me he wasn't there and asked if she could help me, I told her what happened and she said that they offered to remake it for the dasher, however they most certainly didn't because as I said I was on the phone with the dasher because she called to tell me that they handed my order to some random guy, and clearly didn't verify his phone to make sure he was supposed to pick up the order, because I was never assigned a male dasher. When I asked the employee ti remake it, she did, and I appreciate that, she was actually very nice, so this review isn't about her. Fast forward to when I went to pick it up, the girl hands me my order, apologizes, and out of nowhere some little skinny kid comes from behind the counter pretty much yelling at me telling me that I should be thankful because they didn't have ti remake my order...which number 1 was rude, and number 2, this wasn't free food, I was still charged for the order that your employees gave to the wrong person, I have not received a doordash credit for that. So I payed for delivery, and had to drive to pick up food, to be yelled at by this rude employee, who clearly wasn't raised correct, because that is not how you speak to a PAYING customer, I have my door dash receipt, I was charged for that order that one of your employees probably handed to one of their friends because like I said, I was never assigned a male door dash driver so I'm confused at how one came and picked up my food

He didn’t help me at all just directed me to the register where I was headed anyway. Sandwich was not good enough to warrant me ever returning given that experience.

Good place. Changed my opinion of the franchise. Had a poor experience with the Southbury location, but this one was great. The two employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I explained I had no idea what I wanted, and had only had a so-so experience the one time I had been to a Nardelli's before. The guy making the sandwich was incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted. Both employees were very friendly and talkative.The sandwich was good, the store was clean, the bathroom was clean and had nice decorations.I wish I had gotten their names, I would absolutely name them. Both are stellar and probably deserve raises. They probably know who they are.Bonus: Now I also know where to get Herr's Jalapeno Popper Cheese puffs. Damn those things are good.They tell me the Southbury location is owned by the same guy. I'm guessing the experience I had there was a one off, and I'll reconsider visiting that location again too.Be Excellent to Each Other, and thanks for a good sandwich!
