So great Baristas were attentive but lacked enthusiasm and friendly engagement that I typically associate with Starbucks baristas. I asked for a side of cream, which they provided me, but they filled my Venti only about 2/3 full to make sure I had room for cream. I had to go back and ask them to top it off.☕☕🍷

I had a very condescending and sarcastic experience with Emma, a barista. I had trouble opening my Starbucks app and was greeted with hostility and disappointment. Please don’t treat customers this way.

Was served by a very happy young lad, Kareem. He was attentive, well mannered and polite and made up our drinks that were great. I dont usually leave a review for my Starbucks experience but i felt i had to. Great to see such polite youngsters working hard! Well done Kareem.

Queued only to be told, with no apology, when we got to the front that there was a 15-20 minute wait for coffees! No chance, us and several others left without ordering! Not only are you meant to provide fast service as a basic, surely, but it's a service station that people pop into to get a quick coffee! Also the attitude of the Barista quite frankly, sucked!! Went to Greggs next door and got a quick and actually nicer and definitely cheaper coffee there!!

The lady stephanie B was incredibly rude and had the nastiest attitude. She ruined all 4 drinks and then I asked for one to be refunded and she said she can't, however refunded another person just fine. ( I am a person of color) . Terrible experience and I will never come back again. She seriously needs to reconsider being a barista as you need a good personality for this and she is NOT it.
Terrible toilet, actually a health hazard and particularly difficult for disabled people like me. Pools of urine on the floor, dirty toilet seat. Coffee fine, staff not interested though. Come on Starbucks, this could be a gem for long haul travellers but it’s currently ghastly and near dangerous,

I wasn’t able to order because the young man working had apparently cleaned everything likely 45min before “closing”. He stated he couldn’t help me after I stood there for a minute and that they closed at 7:00PM. After excusing myself, I noted that the listed hours showed to be 8:00PM, an hour later than what he said. Whether the online hours are right or wrong, I was still not allowed to order a refresher before they closed. Less than helpful and unprofessional.

Only giving 3 stars because of the kid working there, see him constantly by himself with a line yet he is courteous and does his job well. Management please schedule another person to work with him even at seemingly off hours because every time I go there recently it's only him working and you are losing business simply due to the fact you have 1 employee on when it's clearly a 2 person job
Awful experience at Starbucks M40 Oxford. Couldn't get any staff member to understand what I wanted as none of the staff understood basic English..No please or Thank you.. very frustrating and not good enough for prices charged. Sort it out Starbucks or I'll be using Costa in future.. 👎

Please be advised that the spinach wraps are bad at this location. After I ate it I got very sick. Just told my coworker not to order food when she goes and she told me she also got sick from there last time.

This is not the first time we have gotten burnt coffee. We spend 20+ dollars and expect to have good tasting coffee. We would rather go to the Starbucks in shelton then get Disgusting coffee in oxford.

Overcharged £10 for simple drinks plus toasties. How hard is it to count 2 toasties? Yet we were charged for 4 toasties. Is this a scam. We were not offered a receipt initially, nor given correct change, nor given an apology without asking first. Disgrace or worse.
