I stopped in for a Roast Beef grinder and small container of potatoe salad. The bread was fresh, the roast beef, Boar's Head brand, amazingly tender, and tasty. Perfect mix of condiments, seasoning and vegetables. I have lived in Seymour for quite a few years, and had never tried the grinders, I will be back.

3 stars is not a knock on the food.I love the food. But man oh man, the girls that answer the phone, SUCK. Everytime I call, I just want to ask if she needs a hug. Did her cat just die? There is no way her time lady time stretches for the duration of the month. I know RBF is a real thing, but I don't think I've ever spoken to her and she is polite or happy.Jeeeeez I'm just trying to order a sandwich. No need to act like I just stretched the mental capabilities that your GED allows, to the limit.Maybe that's harsh, but whatever happened to service with a smile?

Had a good sandwich here. Would come back even though I'm a Red Sox fan. ;)

Last week my boyfriend went to Bronx Deli and it's safe to say he or I will NEVER buy food from them again. They served him a serious health code violation! MOLDY pasta salad. Never in my life have I seen such a complete disregard of a restaurant to serve something very clearly expired to a customer. Absolute disgrace. We've seen Bronx Deli going downhill over the years but this is a new low. Be careful eating at this establishment.

When I am in the mood for an authentic NYC style sandwich, Bronx Deli is an absolute go-to. One of the bedrock principles of their grinders is the bread. That may sound like overstatement, but the bread is out of this world. And there is a reason for this: they source it from Arthur Avenue daily! A little taste of the City right in our area!As for the meats, they are also of top quality. And generously heaped on the sandwich. My favorite is roast beef as it tastes precisely as it should. Pair that with your favorite cheese, roasted red peppers, some horseradish . . . and ooh la la! If roast beef is not your sandwich meat, they have myriad other options: chicken cutlets, turkey, cappicola, salami, pepperoni, hot sopressata, mortadella, you name it. If you can dream a sandwich, they can create it for you here.On that magical bread. Did I mention the bread?

Picked up sandwiches to go from the Bronx deli following an online order and they were ready as soon as we arrived. The deli is unassuming, but the sandwiches were Bronx quality. The chicken cutlets were thin, crispy, and delicious. The eggplant was soft but perfectly fried. The sandwiches were embraced by fresh and fluffy bread that held together well following the ride home. Highly recommend the captain #2 and the closer #42.

Go somewhere else. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak when somebody decided to take my order. I watched him take the meat out of the case put it on a plate mean while pulled his phone out of his pocket with a glove on..... that was more important at the time, put his phone away wipe his gloved hand on his dirty apron then continue to pick up more meat. Looks like a 15 year old with glasses obviously he's not too worried about getting things done and he moves accordingly. I just walked out because there's no talking to kids like that.

I ordered 5 large grinders for a office party lunch with drinks. Sandwiches were good, but I have had much better. My complaint they are too rude to say thank you. Even with a generous tip, they could careless.
