Saw a post for Whiskey Brothers Project in the local community forum. Decided to check it out. There is no on-site dining, aka its takeaway only. The food was absolutely delicious and the chef was polite and informative. I ended up getting food there two days in a row to try some of the different menu items. The first day, my wife and I had lunch there. A short wait for her grilled cheese with bacon and my craft batch Prime Rib Dip. Went in the next day with my daughter and had Ramen and the Cubano sandwich. The Ramen was huge and was very delicious, with a light but flavorful broth, chasu pork(a little thick), a soy egg, and cured veggies. The Cubano was good, a little lightly seasoned for me, but still very good. Will definitely be eating here more often now that I know it exists.

My wife and I walked into the restaurant and the most wonderful smells hit us as we opened the door. My wife ordered the Cubano, and while she skeptical of the tomato bisque because she doesn’t like tomatoes, she tried and and loved it. I had the grilled cheese with bacon and the shoyu ramen. Again delicious. A definite must try. We will be back.
