Baker's Dozen of Plainfield

The girls at the Plainfield location are hands down the best 🙌🏻 So friendly, caring, outgoing, and fun honestly, they feel like family at this point. They know our order better than we do most days!
It’s easy to see why Bella is their manager. She’s sweet, outgoing, and truly effective, and it shows in how respected and loved she is by her team, customers, and the entire community.
We highly recommend the Frozen chai with oat milk, it literally tastes like a oatmeal raisin cookie!! I'm also a fan of the Jack Frost which gets me going on the days I need it most!!

Basically, this is just a Dunkin’ Donuts without the Dunkin’ Donuts brand. It even looks like a Dunkin’ Donuts once you walk in side. If you’re looking for an authentic latte, this is not the place. The muffin I had was OK, but you could tell it was highly processed. The server at the counter was very friendly, and our drinks and food came out quickly.

Grabbed a couple of Pumpkin doughnuts, just had one at home, sweet Jesus was it good. The coffee was excellent as well.

It's a restaurant... That pretty much sums it up. The staff was efficient and helpful, the food wasn't special, but it was pretty good, and the prices were reasonable given the economy. The decor follows the corporate trend of making everything generic and non descript to increase the property value. So yeah, if you're hungry, this place has food I guess.

The sandwiches are really good, everything tasted fresh and flavored.
Great selection of donuts and other bake goods. Donuts are so delicious.
The Frozen hot chocolate andcoffee are very tasty.
Service is consistently excellent. Great team of hardworking ladies.
Dining area clean and good background music.

I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏

Gales Ferry Bakers goes out of their way to make every experience the best. Stop there in the morning brings a smile to my face. Coffee is always amazing and the baked goodies are the best around
