Good diner style food. Ordered a medium rodeo burger and it was actually medium and not overcooked! Crazy amount of fries, and all for pretty cheap.

Love the place. Waitress Gail, is amazing and the food is very inexpensive. Great place for breakfast, cannot vouch for dinner.

Eh... I really WANTED to like it. On the plus, I really liked the remodel (it had been a LONG time since I'd been in). There was only 1 server, which in general is fine as it wasn't necessarily busy enough for 2 - but they should set that server up better by having a "seat yourself sign", and menus already on the table and a few other things (we waited a while to be sat and then receive menus). Our food arrived and it was just meh. Chowder tasted like it was from a can. Nachos were very dry and when I asked for salsa what was brought out was rancid. The steak sandwich didn't seem to have extra cheese as requested and the mushrooms and onions were limited and was also very dry. The chicken tenders and FF and kids cheeseburger were good, as were the buffalo wings appetizer we started with (though we had asked for sauce on the side only, and they were tossed in it anyway). Portions were also very good. Service was fine, but a little rough (we heard several times about the many gripes of working there)... All in all, nothing made us say that we'd never go back, but we also won't be running for another visit any time soon. Maybe breakfast is more their thing?

Used to love this place because the food is usually good when it is correct but it almost never is. My fiancée and I ordered takeout from there several times over the last two years and every single time something was wrong. Mostly small things not worth fussing over but a few times we've asked them to fix something and we get attitude. The last time I ordered two grinders over the phone and when I arrived they had one grinder completely wrong on the check. I corrected the waitress and she said “that's not what you said on the phone†and when I told her a man took my order she laughed and said “oh good it wasn't me†and then told me I had no choice but to pay for the wrong thing because they were out of grinder rolls all of a sudden... the cook was able to save the day by pointing out that the slip was wrong and fixed it and the waitress NEVER apologized. Waited another 4 months before I decided to give it another try, this time ordered a billy burger over the phone and asked for no mushrooms, waitress repeated back to me twice “no mushrooms.†Get home and open the burger and it's covered in mushrooms of course! And don't dare try to complain because they'll just tell you you're lying and refuse to do anything to remedy the situation. Officially done with this place. We will happily take our business elsewhere!

Just left Billy's. VERY disappointed!!! They cooked their fries in the fish grease and my daughter is allergic to fish. To say I was mad is an understatement. Still charged me fill price even though she couldn't even eat her lunch because of their mistake. Also got a hotdog that was half the size of the bun ��� I will NEVER go there again!!!

Ok so I really hate to write a bad review about Billy's cause we go there and order from there often and food and service is always spectacular. Well today's experience was absolutely awful the service was awful I don't even know his name cause he didn't introduce himself nor did he even barely speak to us. The food always is good and today the food was horrible I love getting a chicken cutlet grinder from Billy's cause it's so good. Today was a over toasted bread and half of

We just ordered from Billy's. 7/14/17 @ 8:00ish Order of fish and chips and an order of clam strips. Each meal was $11.95+tax. The two pieces of fish were each the size of a deck of cards. The clam strips were minimal for the price. Cole slaw and fries were okay and no roll w/butter......for $11.95+tax??? Please!!!! We will never order these two kinds of meals from here again. Pizza and grinders is about all they can handle.

We needed breakfast on our way home from Foxwoods and didn't want to eat in our own town in NH so we went off the beaten path off the highway and found this place. The service was fantastic, the place cozy & clean and the food delicious, loved the toast and my omelette with the steak & cheese (cream cheese in it) was AMAZING!
