Today was it for me. It will be the last time I purchase anything from this Dunkin. Ordered a box of Joe today and they did not screw on the lid correctly, the box tipped over in my car and poured into to my lap top bag frying my laptop. I’m always getting handed ice coffee with lid covered in coffee dripping on my clothes and staining them, with no napkins. My food out of the wrappers at bottom of bag. Just feel like they don’t care handing over half hazards. It’s cost me my lively hood at this point.

Been to this Dunkin twice and both times didn’t put in caramel when sticker says caramel. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me

I worked at this Dunkin and I just want to say what a terrible business they are. Half the time there’s no decaf coffee so if you’re getting “decaf” you’re actually not 90% of the time. I was wrongfully fired from this Dunkin and they cannot convince me otherwise. They fired me because I was “too slow”. I know that’s not true. If it was why did you rehire me to begin with. I know I was fired a little while ago but I still think about it because I believe I actually got fired for having epilepsy. I had told them during my training period that I had epilepsy. I had told them this two days before Easter. Low and behold they ask me if I can work Easter, I say yes and go in for my Easter shift. The next day I get a facebook messenger notification from my boss saying I was fired. If you rehired me you already know the kind of worker I am. So if you rehired me but didn’t like the way I worked why did you rehire me to begin with? If you knew I was “slow” already you’d be a bad manager for rehiring a “slow” employee. I know I was a good employee because during my training period I had made the rest of you $30 in tips. Tips that I couldn’t have although I already worked there. I firmly believe if I didn’t have epilepsy you would have at least let me finish the two week training period. But now I know for future reference to not tell my employers that I’m disabled :)

Stopped in this morning with my old lady dog, the ladies made her a pup cup with a donut on top, and they even offered her bacon, which she happily accepted. Thank you dunkin crew for making this old dog feel special today! You guys are the best!

Stopped at the Plainfield DD of Exit 28 in the morning. Upon entering I was greeted by the staff and promptly asked for my order by Lyric. She had a great smile and great personality. She was able to get our large order completed quickly and thanks us with another smile when I departed. Will definitely be returning.

Third time in a row I order a coffee in the later hours and it tastes spoiled. Don’t have the time to keep going back so I just throw it out and there goes my money down the drain . Please fix this

Slowest Dunkin anywhere. Ever. Not because they are overly friendly and chatty like slow Canterbury. They are just slow. Also, my coffee tasted terrible. There are others nearby, and a few Baker's Dozen which have waaaay better food.

The lids don’t fit right on the hot cups. It’s been a problem on and off at this location for years. I’m sick of spilling hot coffee on myself so I’m not coming back. The staff is always very friendly.

Sure, it's Dunks... but the people make it more than "just Dunks." They have yet to make a mistake on my order. Seems simple enough, but when you've been handed milk with a splash of coffee after ordering black coffee, it becomes a bigger deal! This specific location is my favorite to frequent!

Leah was rude, she told me she was ready for my order then when I started giving my order and she said HOLD ON HOLD ON her tone of voice was rude. I understand it’s be busy but no need to be rude.
