The food is good, although sometimes the flavor tastes strange, like sour. It’s not often, so I don’t really mind that but I do absolutely hate that their service is so slow. No good when you’re in a rush & definitely ruins their title of “fast food”.

For the fourth time in a row (first time at this particular location) I ordered a wake up wrap and received a sandwich instead. All Dunkin locations will remake the correct sandwich, no problem. THIS Dunkin staff (manager possibly?) went above and beyond, admitted she was the one to make the incorrect sandwich, as so kind and apologetic and explained what they see on their screen and why it gets so easily confused and remade my whole order so I could eat a hot wrap with hot hash browns (instead of the cold ones now sitting in my car waiting for me.) I’d give 10 stars for customer service, if I could!

Food items always good, they make awesome coffee and drinks. They’re very accommodating always and kind. Even when you go through every morning early they make the drinks well and fast. The boys who work in the morning are great as well.

The manager is useless , the lines are ridiculous inside the building and drive thru , all of their younger employees have a “I’m too good to work” attitude and it’s very sickening. The hash browns are always cold cause they are never cooked fresh they leave them in a heat tray .
