This is the worst at which I've ever had an experience. There were about 8 cars in line at drive-through and it took over 20 minutes. When I got to the windows, the employee put my drink on the window and then proceeded to do other things for 3 minutes (I timed it), and then when she FINALLY decided to give me my order, she had to take another 2 minutes to retrieve a donut.
Completely understand being busy, but it's poor management to put a ridiculously slow employee on the window during busy times.

The food is good, although sometimes the flavor tastes strange, like sour. It’s not often, so I don’t really mind that but I do absolutely hate that their service is so slow. No good when you’re in a rush & definitely ruins their title of “fast food”.

For the fourth time in a row (first time at this particular location) I ordered a wake up wrap and received a sandwich instead. All Dunkin locations will remake the correct sandwich, no problem. THIS Dunkin staff (manager possibly?) went above and beyond, admitted she was the one to make the incorrect sandwich, as so kind and apologetic and explained what they see on their screen and why it gets so easily confused and remade my whole order so I could eat a hot wrap with hot hash browns (instead of the cold ones now sitting in my car waiting for me.) I’d give 10 stars for customer service, if I could!

Food items always good, they make awesome coffee and drinks. They’re very accommodating always and kind. Even when you go through every morning early they make the drinks well and fast. The boys who work in the morning are great as well.
