I've been going to this location for two years and they haveTerrible service it seems like when the manager is not there these kids don't wanna move you'll sit in line for 15 minutes and they still don't get the Order right! And the kids working there seem to have attitudes! I certainly will not be going there anymore

For someone in the food service, I think it would be a little more appreciated if Dunkin actually hired people that cared about their job. For my order to get messed up every other time I go is ridiculous, for coffee rising in price time and time again is this took much to ask. Probably will stop going here cause it ain't getting better I'll tell you that.

With specific instructions they mess up my coffee what seems purposely everyday now...I used to grab 2/3 coffee and day for years here now I'm down to Maybe 2 a week my favorite drink is just always nasty now

This place used to be a baker dozen and it was better. This dunking refused to hire my mom over 18 times because she is elderly. But they can't discriminate. Yesterday we went to get a donut and the creepy manager had the poor employee blocked into the corner she looked so uncomfortable. This place is god awful. The worst dunking I ever went too. Plus it smelled like weed.

I always get a welcome from the staff. Excellent service. Customer service is refreshing and reassuring ?. If there's any complaints then stay home and make your own doughnuts. I guarantee you'll be glad there's a Duncan doughnuts around ❤️ ?
