Been going since I was a kid, better than riverview or any other restaurant in the area, highly recommend!

Franko's is great! I won't be petty by actually naming the other pizza restaurant that's even closer to us, but yea this one is much better and we order from here haha

We stopped by Franco's Pizza for a quick lunch after getting off I-395. We ordered a steak grinder and an order of fries. It's been a long time since i've had a grinder, and this one was very good.

Relaxed, friendly setting with really great food. I've been here twice, a couple of years apart, and the food was fantastic both times—classic battered onion rings, Eggplant Parm grinder, and veggie pizza so knocked it out of the park. I'll try to get back sooner next time!

I order an eggplant grinder and it was extremely soggy and two slices of eggplant and for slices of provolone. The medium pizza I ordered was okay but very soft as well... Way over priced .. like theft over price.

NEVER WILL I ORDER FOOD AT FRANKS AGAIN.

I don’t really know where to begin. First I want to say I don’t usually go out of my way to write a review for any restaurant unless my visit was extremely impactful. Sadly this was impactful for all the wrong reasons. First off, the table I sat at wasn’t even wiped down. There were crumbs and food particles I had to brush away. Second, the waiter accidentally admitted to me that their small paper menu had not been updated since COVID. (2020??). So some of the things on there are not on there anymore. I ordered a ribeye ordered rare and the cut of meat I got was thinner than my pinky, grey as all can be and completely drenched in oil. I wasn’t given a regular knife to cut it. I was expected to cut this “steak” with my table knife. I was given a fork and table knife, and no napkins. When I went to return it, I apologized to them and told them I’m not trying to be picky, but this wasn’t what I expected a rare ribeye from this establishment to look like. The cook asked me if I wanted it “rarer”. My dude. This “steak” wasn’t the correct cut of meat, and it wasn’t even rare. I highly suggest taking this item off the menu entirely because I do not want others to also be disappointed in it as I was. I am somebody who appreciates a nice rare steak and this was an extremely disappointing experience for me. The edges of this steak were also curling. I have just never seen that in a ribeye before today. The staff were nice about it though, and allowed me to get a different meal. This is the only time in my entire life I have ever needed to return a meal and it felt awkward on my part. I usually would just swallow my pride most of the time if I didn’t enjoy something but, I have to be blunt when I say this steak looked rather inedible. This was my first time coming to this establishment, so I can’t speak for the other food items they have (besides the spaghetti and sausage my friend seemed to enjoy). I am sorry to have to make this kind of review. I had very high hopes for it to be good as it had quite a few 5 star reviews. It makes me wonder if maybe they have a new less experienced cook and that is who I had tonight when others had someone else. I do not know. My advice is: update your menu, please take the steak off, and focus on just pizza and fast to make arcade foods and appetizers to appeal to the many arcade games you guys seem to have in your building. It may draw a unique crowd to focus on the arcade games which I thought was a really cool touch. Perhaps maybe even hosting game-athons. Those who beat the highest scores get free small size pizza. (Idk just brain storming here). I just see a unique opportunity with those arcade games. I hope for a better experience for those who go there.

I ordered a pizza and buffalo chicken tender. I received a pizza and Buffalo chicken nuggets. I will put a pic ot the nuggets. It definitely doesn't seem fair for the price. The food is mediocre, I've never really gotten something from them I would tell anyone about. I called and gave them the opportunity to rectify the order, no action was taken on their part. I will not be ordering from them again.

Got the house special added jalapeño…. Im a truck driver from Chicago… im picky with my pizza especially on the east coast… but man this pizza from frankos.. is amazing!! Definitely the best pizza ive had otr…….i would eat this pizza at home!! To me, coming from what i believe is the pizza mecca..thats a HUGE compliment!! I will come back here anytime im arround the area!!! 💯 COMPLETELY SATISFIED

We had ordered subs. They were ready when they said they would be. There was only 2 gentlemen working. They were busy, but took time to talk to me. Very impressed! Food was great! ?

Ordered a 4 way calzone with peperoni, sausage black olives and mushrooms. Extra peperoni and sausage and sauce on the side. Lucky to be the size of a half of a small pizza approximately 4 pieces of sausage ten pieces of peperoni and no cheese
Sauce in calzone. When I order extra, I expect more not less.
Stop practicing shrink flation. Don't like paying more for less. Anyone with recommendations on other places to go other than Frankos let me know. I will travel
