Another awful dinner from Pizzarama. I don't why I go back for more punishment. Tonight my wife and I ordered a Lasagna and delux cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and Mayo to go. When I got home I had a Lasagna and a dried out hamburger with a half slice of cheese and that's it and cold fries. No mayo, lettuce nor tomato.
Thanks a lot Pizzarama. The problem is this is the norm rather than an exception. At least my wife got her Lasagna.

Did delivery and it took about an hour and a half to be delivered after order was placed and all the food arrived cold. Charged $7 in delivery fee. Never again.

This place is absolutely amazing. First time trying it. We got the pizza and it was delicious and they are not shy on the cheese which we loved. We also got the onion rings that were also excellent. The ranch dressing was by far the best I have ever had- made in house! We are now making it a family tradition going once a week. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Always busy but the young employees have difficulty getting focused however the cooking is absolutely amazing
I have gone here very often since we moved to the area I never had much of an issue I have had some orders messed up a little but tonight they did not give me my total order and messed up one of my grinders I called to let them know and my options were to get a credit or go all the way back and get my now cold pizza I feel the customer service could definitely use a little update i will never go back here and you were our favorite take out place

I always go there after work and get the chicken cutlet grinder, it used to be so good and was fresh chicken , got it 4 days ago and it was not fresh chicken and was a very thin tender that was so gross I threw the whole grinder out, what a disappointment to get home after work expecting a nice chicken cutlet grinder only to throw it out because it was so bad. I hope they go back to using fresh chicken

Ordered lobster casserole at 29.99 and it was absolutely horrible. Soaked in vinegar. Told it was wine but I know it was wine vinegar and soaked in it. 4 people tried it and said the same thing. I told the waitress who did absolutely nothing about it and put it on bill besides. I have never had a bad meal there but after this, I will not be back. Poor handling.

P.S. - My daughter has worked here for years and the owners treat their employees very well! As for the person who posted a review below…the check/money were found in a dishwasher bucket, they got swiped up by accident. (But regardless, it never would’ve taken it out of her paycheck, even if it had been stolen.) The customer deleted their post after Gus’s reached out. Sad to see this place being slandered based on a misunderstanding.
