Stacey was amazing from beginning to end. I had so many people compliment the food and say it was the best they've ever had at a wedding. We decided to go with stations and the entire crew did everything they could to make it happen (because we had a bad hurricane-like storm earlier in the day and the stations were outside). Only thing I regret is not eating more of the delicious food. I highly recommend them.

We used On The Spot Catering for our wedding this past June and were incredibly pleased with their work. Chef John is incredibly kindhearted, and worked to make our vision come alive, while playing to his own strengths in the kitchen. Stacy was wonderful as our planner, and executed all details with the ease due to her extensive experience. We were married at a venue that did not have a kitchen, so their beautiful kitchen trailer was perfect for our event space. We also found their pricing to be incredibly reasonable. Would highly recommend.

rom the very first interaction with Stacy, we knew we were in amazingly capable and caring hands! We had such an amazing experience. We were originally booked for October 2020, and just like so many others, had to postpone because of the pandemic. We postponed to October 2021, and throughout this process, Stacy and team were so understanding and accommodating! We had our tasting pre-postponement and not only was the food amazing, but Chef also made a special meal for my then-3 year old nephew, who was very picky. As we got closer to our date, Stacy and team had some very creative and unique suggestions to make our new england wedding feel like it was "us", and they did such an amazing job. We got so many compliments on the food and the service, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Guests were also impressed with their kitchen-truck. I could not recommend this company enough!!

The moment you meet Stacy and Chef John, their kind hearts and personable nature make you feel as though you are family too!Stacy was absolutely incredible at planning, coordinating, and communicating throughout the whole wedding process. As a result, we never felt stressed, and she always kept our interests at heart. Stacy worked tirelessly to make sure we knew everything would be taken care of and to coordinate the itinerary of the wedding with all other vendors. Chef John is extremely talented and created a variety of dishes that we fell in love with immediately, and that our guests raved about.Not only are Stacy and Chef John representative of the excellent service On the Spot Catering provides, their catering staff and bartenders were hard-working and went above and beyond to make our guests feel comfortable. Saying this family business is talented, professional, and absolutely wonderful to work with seems like a huge understatement. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough!

On the spot catered our wedding with a BBQ buffet. The food was incredible! Our guests raved about the pulled pork, brisket and Mac and cheese, in particular. Their pastry chef also did our cake which was so delicious as well! Stacy who is the front of the house is kind, patient and helpful! We cannot say enough good things about the food and service they provide!

It was such an easy choice to choose our vendor for our Wedding on June 30th, 2017! Stacy and her father, John (as well as the rest of the OTSC crew) are OUTSTANDING! We contacted Stacy a year in advanced and even though we changed the menu approximately 4 or 5 times from a stations style to a sit down plated meal- she was very responsive to all my emails and could read my mind for what I envisioned! Stacy was also our day of coordinator. She organized the set up of the rentals PLUS all of the mismatched dinner and glassware that I had salvaged for a cool, funky, look. Not many vendors would be so willing to do so much extra work! Additionally, we had our wedding in Pawcatuck, CT at our neighbors house and Stacy and John met with us multiple times to make sure everything would run smooth. We plan to use Stacy and John for all of our catering needs in the future. We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE on the Spot Catering, and I advise all people looking for a caterer to meet with them! You will NOT be disappointed!
