This is a wonderful little establishment which trains & employs intellectually challenged adults to work in all aspects of the taco restaurant as well as life skills. The food is delicious with ample portions. The servers are very polite and are assisted by job coaches. The prices are quite reasonable with choices of beef, chicken, pork and vegetarian options! To the side of the restaurant is a sweet gift shop - The Blue Goose, which carries a selection of items hand crafted...
Food was great and they have a couple outside tables for dining there, otherwise it's takeout only. We're in from out of town but if I was more local I'd be here every week.
Great food, now serving wieners. Only complaint about the wieners is that the mustard was on top. It's traditionally spread inside the bun under the meat, otherwise it creates a mess.
