Dont ever go to the subway in Central village by frankos pizza he likes to make his employees sale moldy bread and food also he likes to stell tips from his employees as well also he likes to get in there face and spit on them and i use to work there but as of today i no longer work there he also likes to blame ppl for taken the card i went to the police about this dont ever go there

Dilward the boss is the most scummy person I’ve ever worked for. Found out he paid me less than everyone else. Even people that started after me. Hes been seen by several employees taking money from the store and going gambling with it. Disrespectful on several occasions. Allows certain employees to clock in and take off for the day. Accused another coworker of stealing money threatened to fire her for it. Turned out it was his son who he allows to clock in all day long even after he leaves. 10/10 do not recommend working here. He is a horrible boss and lacks any form of professionalism. I’ve also caught dilward and his other employees changing dates on the food and serving customers week old veggies and meats. He has also requested we skimp customers on there veggies because “they are getting expensive”. He does not abide by any subway corporate guidelines. He uses regular store bought sauces and veggies. I’ve also personally caught him and his second in command liza come in for an hour and take all of the tips from the jar even though he was not there when they were given. Please do not work here if you have any self respect.

I'm pretty sure this subway changes ownership. It used to be my favorite one always clean, sandwich made perfect everytime. But now it's not nearly as clean,they still don't have a toaster, and my grinder is never that good.

All I wanted to do was buy an Italian herb n cheese grinder roll. I was told I would have to pay for the whole sub! I kindly said, no ty, I only want the bread. They refused, not because they couldn't, but because they didn't want to. The workers have never been kind at this location but I go because it's the only one in my area. This was above the normal rudeness level and something needs to change! Their toaster oven has been broken for a very long time and they REFUSE to except coupons!

There were so many flies everywhere. I got tomatoes and the guy grabs the tomatoes and 10 fruit flies fly off it and doesn’t even say anything or respond to the fact that there’s bugs all over the food… not to mention no toaster oven so they had to microwave my chicken… I like subway but this one… NEVER again. I’m disgusted

I have stopped in 3 times in the past few months for a sandwich, and each time the toaster over is not working, I asked when will it be fixed and the guys says who knows, also the fountain drink machine was broken, and the a/c doesn't work, they had big fans in the lobby. 3 strikes and you are out.

This location has no working oven (toaster)! They don't even tell you until after you order your food in person. Beware of ordering online!! You will be served food that is heated in a microwave on un-toasted bread, and not be made aware of the fact that that is what you just paid for! Came here over a week apart, still no over and had to ask if it was working. This should be the first thing you're told when you walk through the door and online orders should be made aware before the food is made. How is this place even open when you have no way to properly make the ONLY food you serve. Unreal! Take the 5 minutes to drive to the location on the highway.

Toaster oven has been broken for well over 6 months now, looks like management has no intentions of getting it fixed anytime soon. Cupons get sent in the mail yet this location “doesn’t accept cupons”.
Your toaster oven has been down for weeks now, most of your menu are Toasted or melts!!! I mean comeon walmart sells toaster ovens, can't be that hard to get it replaced. Tell your staff to quit offering to microwave your sandwiches. Microwave doesn't toast, it would be soggy and nasty. We expect better, get it together.
