Went to the southbound location, not surprised they disabled reviews for that one. Ordered online, when we got there they had no record of it. Paid again thinking it would get taken care of. Sean Mills, the “regional manager”, then said he would refund. 8 days went by, I emailed back. Was told he watched the cameras, and we never went. Showed proof of two transactions, refused to refund. Shady business practices being done here and at multiple subway locations.

No hairnets, no subway logo, hair in food, labels on wrong food, if inspection surprised them they would fail… again, mad bugs ova the food, favoritism on coworkers so sum dnt have to work and can have customers waiting 30 mins, they don’t mop the floor, the manager always high off sumthing that’s not marijuana, never have items because the manager takes it home for free but won’t let workers get a cookie, steals tips from other workers, treats anyone no family like they are disposable ??♂️ south and north bound are gross and unprofessional because they are all state and not corporate, which means they can do whatever they want without repercussions from anyone except health inspectors that they pay off?

Ordered on the app a toasted footlong Italian herb and cheese sandwich with ham, bacon, American cheese, onions, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, pickles, banana peppers, vinegar, mayo. Yellow mustard, and salt and pepper. I got a regular Italian bread sandwich not toasted, cold bacon. They didnt put any cheese, lettuce, spinach, banana peppers, vinegar, mayo, and salt and pepper. They also added tomatoes for some reason? I've never gotten a sandwich missing that many things and not getting a call about it or a warning when picking the sandwich up

The worker who worked on March 25th, around 12:30pm was so amazing, energy was high, he was funny, and had amazing customer service!!!
The gentleman who made my sandwich on Saturday 4/16 afternoon made me THE best sandwich I’ve ever had at a subway. Gold stars all the way. Excellent attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back!

RUDY is such a genuine guy! Super great attitude, positive and very good at his job! Service was great, they were very busy and this guy was pumping out subs all while making them to perfection. True Sandwich artist! This establishment should be proud to have such a great employee!
This is what I ordered and only got bread and bacon you guys need to learn how to make food you all literally should get fired BLT ON ITALIAN BREAD BACON LETTUCE TOMATO AMERICAN CHEESE HONEY MUSTARD BANANA PEPPERS
Horrible service everything I need in my sub they where out . Very rude and took long time to make a sandwich he looked stoned or high on something. Horrible horrible
11.40 for a 6 inch combo meal. Walk away, just walk away.

The horrors of third shift. While I waited for my "sandwich artist" because she was busy texting a friend, I was able to ready the whole menu 6 times.

Subway: Tuna is Cold, didn't cut sandwich in half.. Employee didn't change gloves to uughgh not coming back again. Bad experience.
