My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch today while on a road trip. We had the pleasure of being served by Evelyn. She's a very nice employee there. In fact we both remarked just what a kind person she is. I looked on the official site for an employee recognition link, but did not find one. So I'll leave a review here. Good job Wendy's for having such a pleasant person on staff. The food was good too.

What can I really say it's Wendy's. I'm not much for fast food but I will always choose them. However the Plainfield location allways is a pleasure. Service has always been on point and you can tell they put in good work to keep the restaurants traditions.

We swung through the drive-through to get some salted caramel Frostys. 😋 It was worth another the next time we went by Wendy's.

Parking: Nice big parking lot in rear. A one in the front.
Kid-friendliness: They are young employees. So 10-16 year old love to deal with them.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is on the side as you make your way either to drive thru or the rear parking lot.
Food is always fresh. Staff is always super friendly!

Coca-Cola Freestyle machine dispences sodas,etc. Sodas in all of the ones I've tried taste different then the traditional Coke . Baked Chicken sandwich I was told was dry ! My cheeseburger was good . I remember when Wendy's actually cooked raw chicken and that was the beast . Thoese days are gone ? No prep involved . Throw frozen chicken beast into the hot oil ! For the price we pay , family owned restaurants Columbia The Main Moose We'll patronize

Horrible customer service . And when your ordering they rush you and don't hear the changes you say and it's not busy. The owner of this place needs new employees. I use to go almost every week now you won't see me there at all ever again.

How does the cup spilt in half while inserting straw? Super cheap flimsy cups. Please fix this from future issues. Lemonade went everywhere
